Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia - Penns Landing by IHG

I didn’t like the elevator. It sounded like it was breaking down and also wasn’t clean. The stairway wasn’t clean. Other than that it was just OK

We liked the free breakfast, free Wifi, nice view over looking the freeway and streets outside below. Everytime when walking into the room 603 the first thing you notice is a foul odor. We did not like the noise of the condstant freeway traffic at night when going to sleep. It was noisy. Had to use noise cancelling headphones just to mute the sound of the traffic which made it uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. There was some mold on the tile wall of the tub. And the metal housing that covers the hardware of the safety bar slips of if not careful getting in and out of the tub. Also, other hotel guests slamming doors going in/or out of there room. The breakfast was the same thing over and over and over and over again. The same thing every morning.

The front desk staff do not know how to deliver customer service or speak, respectively to customers. They have no ability to critical think or to make guest comfortable. They communicate false statements and do not know how to treat guests that are frequent stay members.

The staff of this site was so bad that I will never stay at another Holiday Inn. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. I paid over a $1000 and was treated like I was stealing from them. A big F to you and your brand. I'll never fall for this trap again. Banned for life. But hey thanks for making my choice easier!

The continental breakfast was very good!

The view was gorgeous!! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice. Close to the ports.

The location for me was perfect

hotel dirint have any rooms available they kept my $456 dollars for a room that dirint exist so got ript off

It was easy to arrive there. And have unlimited coffee. They charge you for leaving the baggage $30, we went through several hotels and it was free all the time.

Easy access in and out of parking lot. Friendly staff, clean and very good breakfast. The elevators make some uncomfortable noises. My son wasn’t very comfortable taking the elevators.

Cons: there were toenails in one of the corners of the room when we checked in. The elevators were a little questionable. When we were down by the microwave, there was a weird dizzying sensation sometimes. The road noise was terribly loud.

No microwave in the room. I had to go down 0200 in the morning to warm up food.

The room had the worst lighting, so gloomy and not what shown on website . Everything

Great experience overall...nice size room, great location and great breakfast!

I am impressed with this property. We had three rooms here. My daughter was graduating from university. Wonderful and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. It has an incredible view. Great restaurants nearby.
