Excellent stay!!!

Elegant hotel, friendly staff, air conditioners a bit loud

The property is well kept but the room we stayed in could’ve been cleaned a little better. The bed skirt had soil on it and the rug needed vacumming. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The restaurant was also very nice. One other thing is that the room we stayed in was in the front and we could hear the traffic all night.

Clean, pleasant and stylish hotel and a team that understands hospitality. Highly recommended.

Very nice quaint hotel in a quiet part of the city. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and local bars. The room was comfortable and quaint. Coffee and homemade muffins provided daily at the coffee bar free of charge. The hotel does have a very nice bar. The staff was very helpful and they do service the rooms daily. It is a quick ride to Lincoln financial Stadium.

The hotel entrance is not handicapped accessible. The breakfast is not a breakfast. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. The bathroom sink was not working properly.

The not so good: Small & not smart TV. No refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning was loud when it kicked on. Could hear others in the hall quite clearly but luckily wasn't a huge issue. We had quite a few gnats in the room but nothing crazy. Overall, I think the location and price really justify the stay. Just don't expect super high quality.

Hotel was lovely. Very quaint. Room was perfect; clean and comfortable. Breakfast muffins were delicious. Would highly recommend.

Great location in old town.

Very quaint room, liked being able to get fresh evening air from the small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Would have liked a mini-fridge for leftovers from the fantastic restaurant on the lower level. Location is close to parking and across the street from Franklin fountain.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great location near restaurants, shops and had a nice view of the river and the Ben Franklin Bridge. There are many historical sites nearby and the bus line was just next-door when we didn’t want to walk. We loved our room and the furnishing. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Philly.

Amazing hotel stay for a wedding…..huge shout out to Robert at the front desk for juggling our room upgrade and taking care of our son for his honeymoon. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice historical charm and boutique feel. We will return.

The staff was great. Robert was helpful with choosing a room. The room was clean and looked at the river and bridge. We ate at Panorama and it was great. The wine flight hit the spot. We definitely will be back.

This is a unique/historic property. The only downside (and it wasn't a problem) is there is no coffee maker in the room. Free coffee is available in the lobby. The furnishings in the room were great, as was the location. I will stay here again when I'm in Philly.

This is a older hotel but it has been kept up very clean. rooms have no microware or refrigerator but they were very accommodating and brought one to my room.
