This is the worse hotel I have stayed,in the room no any water or any water tool,no bory change the sheets and clean the room,no any hot water

It was as described, very clean, air conditioning worked great, modern bathroom and comfortable bed. It is walking distance to most of the historical sites and subway is just across the street. There are lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The riverfront is also just a short walk.

Classical feel and crew gave excellent service. The location is not as expected, considering we travelled with an infant so it’s a location I’d avoid. But hotel altogether was good and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is exceptional. It is clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. The old world charm is a bonus!

I really like this hotel. It's a great location, staff is super nice, and though it's very convenient, right next I95 it is quiet in the hotel. It's kind of a boutique hotel, many rooms are different. Although restaurants are two blocks away there are a lot of them and Chinatown and other areas are very convenient. Special shout out to the wine bar and the guy there who is really knowledgeable and they have a ton of wines by the glass in a dispensing set up. I love being able to just in my car and get on the entrance ramp for I95 heading south (or north)

Great historical boutique hotel with close walking proximity to historical district. Excellent restaurant on site too!

Room was not clean. Used towels and washcloth on bathroom. Jacuzzi tub did not work. Pillows did not have pillowcases and were disgusting.

We love this hotel. One thing that needs to change, if your room is on the south side on floor 3 they need room darkening shades. The light from the walking bridge comes right in the room.

A kind of comfortable old world opulence. Everything you need. Clean, good towels and great linens, strong wifi, excellent location. Could use a couple of towel racks and the remote control requires a Ph.D to operate. That needs an update. Been there twice, would love to return!

Charming, great location, quiet.

Very accommodating staff, clean rooms even though they were short staffed for the holiday weekend. Awesome vending machine selection and a great ice machine. Can’t ask for much more for a quick stay in old town.

I enjoyed my stay in the much desired loft suite and my only complaint is a personal preference for less full room carpeting. Other than that, the room and property, locations, etc still gets a 10.10 out of 10!

Parking option was absurd. Pay $40 but you can't take your car in and out so find street parking (if you can), or park in a lot farther away. Some Baltimore hotels downtown have lots nearby that let you pay a little more ($5-10 more) for parking that allows you to come and go over a 24 hour period.

It was a very peaceful, quiet environment, located just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and recreational activities, making it convenient for both relaxation and entertainment.
