Philadelphia Marriott Old City

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location and excellent service. Highly recommend! I will definitely come back :-)

The staff was pleasant but weren't knowledgeable about center cities activities. As guests we reply on hotel staffing to help us understand locations, best time of day to do things, how to use the mass transit system. But a really nice place to stay. Would do it again.

Also, lightbulb out in the entry to our room. Otherwise, very nice property and good location.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We ended up having a last minute business meeting we had to host. I asked the bartender on shift on ordering food and such. He went above and beyond was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Front desk staff was so helpful with helping me get last minute color print for business meeting. They were professional and courteous and smiles. I have not experienced this level of hospitality in a long time, especially with the amount of people in the area for the world cup and 250th celebration! When we return we will book with them again!

Internet was very difficult to get connected. I’m a Bonvoy member. At the end I just went downstairs to work.

Only thing was too many people outside of hotel guest but Ghana was there so I understand.

Hotel is nice. The hotel lobby was great with a coffee bar and a regular bar. The valet was a great addition.

I had an amazing stay! The club access was absolutely worth it, with delicious food and drinks available throughout the day. It made the experience feel even more relaxing and convenient. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The was clean and comfortable. The location is in a great area for site seeing and feeling like part of the city. The lounge is nice.

Location is very good and walking distance from some nice historical sites and scenes Breakfast was a let down and overall stay is expensive for what it offers

Staff was great. Had to pay for internet which I think is ridiculous with the rates they charge. Holiday Inn has free wifi

This facility is the best location for US historical sites. Easily within walking distance. We had a great vacation. I recommend you sign up for the M Club. Simple snacks .morning and evening. On two occasions the valet staff messed up. Nothing fatal, UT inconvenient.
