Great place, great location

Location and staff were excellent. Weak water pressure from cold water faucet.

The hotel is gorgeous and elaborate. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the valet was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to return soon.

Location, beautiful decor and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. The hotel saying coffee was available in the lobby until 9, but running out of coffee before 8:30 and then never replenishing the coffee after being asked many times by customers who all stood out in the lobby and waited and then watched when they took everything away at 9:00. Also, we had a problem with our reservation because your reservation system somehow put my daughters IHG number on our reservation. She has a different address, name, and phone number. We did not add her number. Then the front desk refused to let us in our room, even though I had my confirmation printed out to give them with my name, phone number, address, and credit card. Then I had to locate my daughter in California and get her to call them at the front desk. What would have happened if she was unavailable. I paid for the room, my name was on the reservation but the IHG number that got attached somehow by your system made our checkin a big problem. We were very frustrated. They acted like it was our fault. That was unacceptable!

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and very nice. The only negative was there were no safety bars in the tub/shower.

It is advvertised as “Sunday Brunch” but far from it. Eggs and sandwiches were the entext of Brunch. Eggs Benedict bacon was totally fat and could hardly be cut. Very disappointed

My husband and I have stayed at Monaco several times and have always been pleased with the facilities but especially the staff. Location, the wonderful restaurant located on the premises and always the staff, who are awesome.

Front desk staff were very aloof and unwelcoming. Our room was not ready even though it was an hour past check in. After waiting another hour for our to be ready we killed time at the hotel restaurant which was very good but were almost late to an event due to the hotel not giving us access to our room for 2 hours after the stated check-in time. However, Valet and restaurant staff were above and beyond and so kind! And the location is in a great spot if you want to stroll around the neighborhood.

Wonderful location and a fun hotel.

Perfect location

Looks like the rooms may have recently been updated, but the carpet and some of the furniture in the lobby could use a refresh. We had shower issues - tub that wouldn’t drain properly and squealing pipes. Also, the AC stopped working the last night of our four night stay. Overall the room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows; and the staff were very helpful. Great service at the hotel restaurant!!

Extremely good place to stay. My rabbit was very comfortable.
