Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing

Great Location.

I came here for the Fourth due to the location. The price was a little high but expected, the staff was helpful but I’m not sure if it was because it was busy but they didn’t tell me anything about the amenities, etc.

Amazing time, great service and great view.

parking was convenient. found the staff unhelpful. miserable lobby control.

Clean and friendly staff

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful, definitely plan on booking again.

Breakfast is good but a little expensive

Housekeeping never came by our room. I called front desk and no one ever picked up. Even after going down to complain to the front desk in the morning and again at night, and letting them know we also needed towels, they said they would send housekeeping and they no one ever came by. We stayed 5 days and never got towels. I was told I would get a credit 3-5 business days and no credit has been made. I even provided my Hilton rewards number to front desk and have checked the app daily.

Great place to stay. Right on the water

Bathroom had cracked and broken tile, grout looked moldy and shower fixtures had mold like substance. Location was great, view from corner room great.

Nice location. Great staff.

Staff were extremely polite and attentive. Security was great and overall cleanliness was high. Fantastic location- felt like I was on a vacation. Scenery and view- near the waterfront was amazing. Close to public transit--- easy access to Center City.

This is my second stay at this property in two months. The front desk staff was very helpful when I checked in and gave me recommendations for other food options in the area. The staff in the on-site restaurant were friendly as well. Love the central location, parking options, and the views of the water. The only thing I was not too pleased with, was one of the employees in the coffee bar. When we walked in, she did not greet us and did not offer any assistance. I had three interactions with the same staff member during my two visits, and unfortunately, she just wasn't hospitable.
