Nice hotel, very clean, pretty close to walk to many attractions

The staff who run the breakfast are amazing and super kind. The breakfast itself also isn't too bad. Other than that this hotel unfortunately sucks. I have never stayed in a place this dirty! Our toddler was playing on the floor and his pants were all black afterwards. Also lots of black hairs in the bathroom, yuk. The 'paint' in the bath itself is peeling off the bath. I think the rooms need severe renovations and deep cleaning and our standards for cleanliness aren't even through the roof.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable.

Front desk was laissez faire at best. It took forever to get response from the front desk. When a chat or text response did come in it was too late to meet the need or the service was unavailable. Of the hundreds of Hiltons where Ive stayed, this was the most disappointing.

I checked in in the shower, didn’t even work

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Beautiful views right next to the river. Great location for walking to food and tourist spots.

Did not have a chance to enjoy the restaurant or bar but it looked very appealing. Will definitely return!

the rooms are clean, no complaints about those. however, it way too busy, i had multiple items to carry down bc of my pet and i couldnt get a cart to put stuff in bc they were all occupied. the wait for the elevator was ridiculously long over 10 minutes at one point.

the view was very nice and the room as well There was an incident , getting my dinner some of the staff were rude. Im not the type to call out being profiled. I just think that if my appearance were different I wouldn’t have been walked all over. I had made an order before the restaurant closes. I asked if they needed my room number tayler said I can give it when I come back down. I come back down after 30 minutes apparently my order was never processed .There was two ladies there the one who was still there denyed that it ever happened until i remembered that she was there and witnessed it and the worker who told me 30 minutes clocked out, the restaurant closed. So a waiter came up to me talking down on me like im a child, trying to butter up the fact that I made an order and nobody took the time to knowledge me. It’s weird too i won’t want to bring color in it but I was the only black customer there it’s an area where majority is white people. Then the waiter said she can make a salad my order was a steak and fries. I said a couple of times i just wanted something to eat so I was fine with it. But I was getting annoyed when she kept dragging it and talking. I did ask for her name and the waiters name she hid her name tag and said she was just trying to help me. So she told this manager grant and they made something up. It was on the house. I js took the food and went back to my room i was over it. I was tired hungry and everybody just overly talking.

Amazing place to stay

It was loud at night and very difficult to get sleep. Most of the staff was friendly. Three Uber drivers said they get lots of complaints. And I believed them. My friend in Philly will never recommend it again. She was shocked at the menu. I guess they kept it simple for the cooks (purposefully not saying chefs). There were so many flaws u can't remember them all and it's almost traumatic trying to recall them. I only have one recommendation for people looking to stay there... DON'T!

Super close to all the core downtown area.

The room was clean and had amazing views. The location was perfect as we walked to dinner and to the Riverlink ferry to go to our concert. Check in was perfect as we were checked in by a very helpful agent. The bar was lively and the bartender was friendly and accommodating. A free coffee station in the lobby would have made this trip perfect, but we were able to purchase some at the little coffee shop in the lobby.

Excellent property, have stayed there before that’s why returned to stay again and will go back again.
