Location That you had to pay for parking! Ice machine on floor didn’t work! One elevator didn’t work!

Room was not made up on the second day of our stay despite calling and stopping at the front desk several times to request this service. Finally had to settle for clean towels which were dropped off in the room at 7:00 PM, but the soiled linens were not removed.

The staff was amazing! Please ensure the rooms are properly cleaned prior to check-in. The tub had a dirt ring and there was toe nail clippings on the floor.

This hotel was amazing. beautiful water views the indoor pool was great . The staff was friendly and accommodating but for some reason my room had no towels and it took a long time for them to bring me towels. I was just about to get in the shower and noticed no towels. that is my only complaint . I would definitely come again, oh the bar drinks were amazing.
