The room was a 2/10 the curtains were hanging and the carpet was dingy the best thing was the hot shower although you can’t control the pressure

Wonderful staff and so helpful - the bellhop, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were all so incredibly kind, helpful and patient. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view. The location was great as well, within walking distance to historic sites and unique restaurants. I would just suggest better cleaning products to tackle the mildew near the shower faucet, and cleaner bed blankets. Ours was between two sheets but didn’t look super clean. We would stay again. Great spot!

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are big and it has a nice health club and pool. It is dated, and the weekend we were there was very, very busy with conventions and they were understaffed, long lines to check in etc. It was expensive for what it was and for what we paid, they could have coffee in the lobby in the mornig.

Andre the front desk concierge was great, but one of the other staff was very dismissive when my wife reported the iron scorched her brand new jcrew yellow trousers and showed the the trouser and a pic of the iron They just said thanks for the info. Not sure what they could do, but she got a blank stare.

Nice hotel, excellent location
-
the front desk could have been more helpful explaining bill . things were charged to CC as well as to Room , spent 30 min checking in but 45 checking to make sure final bill is in order.
-
I also had an issue with the amount of money they wanted to charge for parking and their unwillingness to share that there was free parking overnight across the street. We had to do a good amount of research to figure that out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not return.

The hotel was lovely and amenities were great. The breakfast/coffee shop was a bit expensive.
-
Room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was courteous and overall treated us well. Highly recommend this hotel....
-
Location was good. Rooms need to be updated. Ceiling in need of repair, no drain plug in sink, no back for tv remote, hair in bed when arrived.
-
Only stayed one night. Beware of $57 parking fee a night if driving here. Other than that. Great location. Clean rooms. Very nice !
-
Will stay again
-
None of the ice machines work, the front desk doesn’t answer the phone, no towels at the pool.

Loved this Hilton ! Perfect location and beautiful decorations lovely area for all Phillie has to offer- Fun waterfront and shaded park right by the hotel- Walkable to restaurants and delicious buffet breakfast at hotel super service and hospitality! Room was a bit warm on 15 th floor with city view but front desk sent service guy who adjusted and even gave us a fan to use! Highly recommend . We were even able to check in early at 230! Awesome - book it

Staff was friendly and accommodating. My hotel room, unfortunately smelled of cigarettes. The hallways were kind of musty, the hotel amenities including parking and lobby bar were exceptional. The outside view from our room was pristine, but the windows could have afforded to have been wiped clean.

Everything was right there, walking distance at your fingertips. The service was over the top. I can't wait to go

I was charged extra for parking . When I use Expedia everything is included. That's why I go thru them. Yet I was charged for parking separately. I still haven't received any explanation for added expenses. Both entities presented fraudulent explanations.
