The front desk lady wasn't very friendly we felt like we where be being stereotyped due to tattoos she was rude not good for customer service job

Comfortable bed, Lemon water and coffee all night. Good breakfast. No hot tub,,which was advertised. The phone didn't work.

The manager or owner. He's a true blessing. He was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend everyone to stay their. Super quiet and safe.

The friendliness helpfulness of the staff especially Candace what a wonderful happy pleasant person she made a spill right at home. We just love her. Anything that I could say that I didn’t like about the property would be not fair at this time since I saw them working so hard taking care of the things that were not up to par. I even saw the owner pitching in a hand helping to make things look the best they possibly could.

Really the best part of our stay was how we were greeted in such a friendly manner by Candace, who always had a big smile on her face. This girl could really light up a room with her exuberant and happy personality. we also have some interactions with a clerk named Cecilia, who is very nice, friendly and helpful. It would not be fair for me to mention anything that I didn’t like about the property as I could see they were actively an aggressively, taking care of things that were not quite presentable. I saw a major. transformation of the property being put into a nice very nice condition. The amazing part was we even saw the owner pitching in a hand in the efforts to beautify the property

Front desk customer service is good. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was moved from one room to another and the other room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpets need to be cleaned as I am presuming people are smoking in non smoking rooms. I am sorry but someone is going to get sick. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The parking area is filthy around the property. I am sorry but I am not willing to stay at this hotel again until conditions drastically improve.

The indoor pool First room found blood in the bathroom shower and bathroom door floor also the door was kicked in broken the drawers wouldn’t close they kept opening the front door wouldn’t close right either it seemed as if somebody got murder in that room but kindly the staff switched me rooms and from there it was good

It was a clean room but it was beside the I17 freeway and u could hear the traffic the breakfast was good
