Courtyard Phoenix North by Marriott

Meh. Good for what it is—an average hotel near a busy freeway.

I’ve never been disappointed with ANY Marriott stay. From the Lobby, to the Amenities… just wonderful. The housekeeping stay was very accommodating. If I was to offer any suggestions to take things to the next level, offer a free coffee or breakfast to your guests that stays 2 days or longer. It’ll take the Customer experience to the next level. Thanks again!

But was really disappointed that I got overcharged and not only that but you get charged for parking $10 daily, which I thought was really unfair.

Everything was wonderful! Very easy access off the freeway, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The most comfortable bed with bedding that I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will definitely be be coming back.

The overall room was really good. The only thing is you need more plug ins for the phone, instead of just on 1 side of the bed. Breakfast should come with the stay.

Stayed one night to go to Dodgers vs Diamondbacks. Great location for food! Breakfast at First Watch Next Door! In and Out across the freeway bridge but, the best was taco place across from in and out. Gosh I don't remember the name.

The staff was extremely helpful, the amenities only did 3 stars not because it wasn’t good but we weren’t in the hotel much so we didn’t use them.

The location was perfect, and it was clean and quiet.

The hotel itself was nice....loved the fact that I didnt here the neighbors room was comfortable shower was very nice bathroom had plenty of room.....but the room was missing a basic thing a microwave....and the furniture layout blocked half the ac unit....the hard part is the location if you go anywhere because Black Canyon highway is a one way frontage road and the other entrance u have to deal with the light rail......unlike most hotels they dont serve a breakfast there is a Starbucks that closes at 10 am which I thought for the price of the room shud have included breakfast......it was a nice place to sleep but I wont be booking a room here again
