Parking was easy. We had a problem checking in and they said they would give me a discount on my total. They refused because I used booking.com

The room was dirty, the bed was so worn out you could feel the platform or box spring. TV remote didn't work. Lots of homeless in the area with open drug use.

Mostly clean, quick check-in process, couch was a comfortable third sleeping option for our party, it had a separate sink for water which was helpful. The area was dodgy and had lots of homeless people lying outside the building so felt a bit unsafe. The carpet in the room wasn’t clean, and it didn’t come with amenities for the shower

Everything was perfect, we’re locals looking to spend the night and found they are perfect!

Stayed here for about 3 nights. The overall hotel is very nice and well maintained. They serve a full breakfast each morning. The front desk staff --Grace & Jose(?)--were very friendly and helpful with any issues. The fitness center is small, but has adequate equipment to meet basic needs. I did have issues with the Wifi--middle of the 2nd floor. I ask to be moved to another room/different floor--resolved the issue. Room amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again.

PS.. best!! Breakfast eggs and sausage lol . Whoever cooked 9-20-2026 YOU WERE AMAZING AND BLESSED WITH A HAND OF A CHEF made hotel eggs bomb

New manager Jose was always around and willing to do whatever needed doing. Very hospitable and customer attentive.

Peaceful, safe, clean and hospitable environment. Staff are professional and attentive. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Could use better closet space and upgrade AC unit. Easy and close drive to shopping and dining. Complimentary breakfast was tasty included hot and cold items and also well maintained.

Was a great breakfast enjoyed it fully. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job friendly enjoyable to talk to and asked if we needed anything.

Beds were comfy and room was clean. It was spacious and similar to other Springhill Suites we've stayed at in the past. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, different muffins and breads. Oatmeal was an option as well as some fresh fruit. Easy parking, easy access in and out, overall a good place to stay. We will be back I am sure, just hope the smaller details are not overlooked.

Clock in room did not work. Bathtub cleanliness looked sketchy. Charging five dollars for parking.

Bed was uncomfortable and shower floor caved in
