The stay was nice. The bad part is they have been holding my $100 deposit for a week and the email confirmation advised it would only be a $50 deposit and only held for a day or 2, not 7 days and counting.

The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. The bathroom had a couple unsightly stains on the walls and ceiling, and the tub looked dingy. The roll out bed also had what looked like a pee stain so we didn’t use it. But over all it worked out great. We basically o ly needed the room to sleep that night and breakfast was also decent.

i’m absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from this hotel I am a frequent flyer when it comes to saying hotels and I I’ve never had a problem at anyone I stayed at Hilton, Marriott Fairmont, and any kind they’ve always been great. I booked a queen bed but got a double. And was not given any notice. The room could have been cleaned better. There was small trash in corners and bath was a bit dirty. And it looked like a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling . Door to the pool didn't work

Water stains on the ceiling. Roaches everywhere. The worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.

The website upon booking said they had cribs and toddler beds available as we were traveling with a 1 and 3 year old. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t have either bed at their location and they weren’t responsible for what the website said. Sort of disheartening, but we made do with furniture in the room.

It was a great location, close to many restaurants and stores. Room was great clean, spacious, plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing was bad during my stay

Dead spider in bathroom. We were literally the only one staying at the hotel. Beds were super hard, pillows are uncomfortable. Room is big.

The first room they assigned us was not even clean, there were no linens on the bed & the window was wide open. The second was ok, but tub was dirty and huge stains all over carpet & couch. Pool was dirty & breakfast was minimal. Very disappointed!
