The room was very humid and everything felt damp. My husband said the room had a funky odor.

I booked this hotel at 9:57 pm while on the road. They closed their check in window at 10 pm and when I arrived after midnight said there were no rooms available and that I was marked as a no-show.

Front desk was a wreck, took forever for staff to show up for check in, walls paper thin and neighbors extremely loud keeping me up all night, Terrible experience

The location

The rooms are okay. I was added to their no rent list without an explanation. They tell you to call corporate and when you call corporate they tell you to talk to management at the property.

We spent 4 nights at ESA and I will say that the room was fairly clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was poor. There had been a bad leak in the unit above us which had been fixed as far as no more leakage but the drywall was bubbled and had lots of staining at the ceiling. We could smell the mildew odor pretty heavily causing some concerns of possible mold in the wall void. The ac unit and the fart fan in bathroom both made quite a bit of noise throughout. The brochure states that there is cooking and kitchen items but that was not the case at all. I asked the front desk about these items and the response I got was "not at this location" by the staff. The refrigerator worked great as my milk was very cold and quite tasty. We will stay here again but in a different room to avoid the mildew and excessive noise from the ac unit.

We we unable to check in during normal office hours due to no one being at the desk. We waited for more than 20 minutes before calling customer service. Customer service transferred our call to the empty from desk at the hotel we were at. A second call to customer service produced a similar result. We cancelled our reservation and had to travel to a different hotel in the area. There were vagrants in the parking lot, trash all over the outside of the building and no staff available. Other patrons of the hotel that passed us in the lobby stated that there had been no one available at the desk all day and they apologized for the property. This was a horrible experience after a long day of travel. I don't know who should have been working the desk or who manages the property but both of those employees should be review for performance.

The only thing I liked about this extended stay on Dunlap was that the room was a nice size other than that the staff is so rude I was double charged and still have not found a resolution to this day that works the front desk in the morning time it worse customer service person I have ever met she was rude cursed at me yelled at me and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to her about the double charge she was right she was right and that was all that matter I would never stay there again I didn't like everything about my stay The front third that checked us in was so rude and disrespectful and she's a liar and she does not have good listening skills she does not have good customer service skills she's actually downright route and ghetto as head I would never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Pretty dirty all around from the time you enter all the way to your room. Lots of transient and police activity throughout the day and night. Room smelled like vomit.

Booked through Expedia, when we arrived they did not have the room they wanted to charge us an extra 30 dollars from a single bed to a room with 2 beds., front desk was not pleasant or helpful. Luckily expedia refunded us our money and we moved on.
