Best Western North Phoenix Hotel

Over the phone they were a bit rude but other then that the service was good

We had flight delays on our trip and this Best Western had a room available last minute. They were so accommodating at our check-in at 1am in the morning. The room was very clean a bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was generous variety and coffee was excellent! I will be going back!

Checked in almost 10:00 at night only stay in one night because AC was being replaced at my house. The pull-out bed sheets were disgusting those were not changed clearly so we had to go up and get bedding and do it yourself. Also I specifically booked this one because they had a hot tub did not say that the hot tub was down but I wanted the hot tub because I have a bad back so I could soak nope hot tub is down and filthy because it took my kids to go swim and witnessed the hot tub situation. Also the free breakfast that was probably the best thing but there was no cream cheese for the bagels which my kiddo was really bummed about because he don't like to eat a bagel without it. I will say the lady that was working in the kitchen keeping it stopped up was very nice very helpful and did an amazing job there would have been cream cheese out and stacked up if they had it because she was all over that getting it done and when I asked her if there happen to be any more cream cheese she explained sorry no there is not right now that will be getting some more sometime today. She was probably the most courteous staff as well but I spoke to the one stalking the breakfast in the morning that I will tell you this the check-in guy was not the most polite nor was the checkout guy.

Breakfast buffet is good Sunday is biscuits and gravy omelet sausage bacon pancakes yogurt sticks juice bar quite good place to stay

Staff was ok, but a lot of kids running around made the stay a bit frustrating.

Dirty, rude staff, stinky hallways and they absolutely butchered my first and last name and made it into an insulting series of words.

The location was great. No noise from the freeway nearby. Staff was Awesome. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely use this motel for future stays in Phoenix. I didn't make it to the breakfast was going to a funeral. Tho I did go by, omw way out and it all looked good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still waiting on my $50 gift card when I joined in February! Just keep your word, Mgr Aguilar!?

Very comfortable bed, clean room. The check-in lady threatened to bill me for smoking or loud parties....I was traveling for work, so no loud parties and I do NOT smoke!

Best Western is quickly coming the most trustable brand. They are always clean and the staff is always helpful.

The hallway wall was dirty, along with the walls in our room. Plus, it looks like there was mold in the bathroom wall.

No furniture to put things on and no closet. Very small but we just went to hotel for rest. Easy freeway access and Dennys is 1 block away.
