Everything No water bottles in the room.

Very clean rooms and very good service

Cleanliness

The first room I was given had feces in the toilet was told we could switch rooms or be given a plunger and fix it ourselves. The second room was clean but the AC was broken, sounded like a washer disturbed my sleep. Maintenance was poorly up kept.

We had a 7 day stay. Clean rooms. Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Front desk lady by the name of Nao was extremely helpful and she always had a smile on her face willing to assist in any way. Would definitely stay again

The check-in process was a little chaotic, and the lobby was extremely hot, which made the arrival experience less than ideal. That said, if you’re simply looking for a place to lay your head and take a shower for the night, the stay was okay overall. It served its purpose for a short overnight stay.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was different everyday not the same but a little different in preparing the food. All the employees were friendly and spoke when they saw you entering or leaving. All the food and shopping areas on the other side of the highway, nothing in walking distance but not a real problem because you can Uber or if you rented a vehicle. I relied on the ppl I was there to see.

Decent breakfast and comfortable rooms and bed. The staff was awesome! We'll lit parking lot. The broken dial for the hot tub. There was no way to make it bubble.
