Sunday there was a tornado power went off and it was so hot no AC nothing

The hotel is nasty stains everywhere and roaches in the hallway. The bathroom wall paper torn phone did not work in room. Front desk Lorenzo was less than friendly and seemed more preoccupied with the game on the TV in the entry. Then after telling me he could not send the bedding for the pull out bed that was not provided in my room already that I was given keep in mind no A/C in the hallways I had to carry all this stuff alone no cart. Then when I ask for more pillows in the same conversation can now send pillows to my room? Horrible customer service please save your money but don’t say you were not warned. I’ll include the video of the roach in the hallway on their website so people can be safe.

Nothing I couldn't even stay here, I made a reservation had been driving all day upon arrival they refused my credit card and cancelled my reservation and refused to give a refund after stating I could have a refund

Location AC was noisy

The good...location and front desk. Lawrence and kelcie both helpful and pleasant. Location..it is in an office building park. Not alot of foot traffic. Very quite. And close to freeway restaraunts convenience store and fast food The bad. It says bar inside. It's more like a little counter where the front desk staff can get ya a drink or beer. The elevator seems like it was on its last leg. In fact as we left it was being repaired Our bed had a huge dip in one side and was low to the ground..like it was missing the box spring or something.. Spacious room but outdated and not well stocked linens etc The ugly.. First room we got the bathroom light didn't work and saw a bug in the curtains. Moved across the hall. And the bed was odd. We had to do some pest control through the two days. And the couch had several stains. Not sure I wanna speculate on what they were.

Our room was not well cleaned. There was yellow globs of stuff in the shower on the walls, there was food crumbs and candy on the floor, fingerprints on things, misdirection on vending machine and ice maker (3rd floor), the pool was green and did not look cared for, bedside light not working on one side. Dark hallways with flickering lights.

The property was dirty. They might have been trying to go through a remodel, I don’t know. We arrived at 11pm and left at 10am and neither time there was a trolly available for our suitcases. The person as the front said someone must have it, but it’s highly suspect that it would still be gone less than 12 hrs later (she was the woman sho checked us in at 11pm and she admitted it was not there all night), I honestly don’t think they have a luggage cart. I say all this because my family of 6 is on a road trip and have several suitcases, coolers, random boxes that we now have to bring in and lug up to our room in 104degree heat, TWICE now. The hotel was dirty, the breakfast was adequate, but our overall stay was just bad. Will not be staying here again when we pop into town to visit family.

Quite an average Hyatt Place. This is the first one we have stayed at that we will not return to. Noisy highway, hot hallways and rooms, average stay at best. Sorry Hyatt - you can do better.

Breakfast is good and the coffee is strong. The room was a nice size, with a cozy sitting area and comfortable bed. The shower was roomy and the water hot. The air conditioning worked well, and it was easy to make sure the room was the exact temperature for comfort. The blackout shades were good, so it was dark and easy to sleep. Super quiet! Good value for money and even as a corporate type of hotel, it was very comfortable and friendly. Nice snacks available to buy and a nice bar. Good WiFi! Location was good for my needs, but not exactly a tourist hotspot. It sometimes took awhile to get an uber (11 min), but if you ave a rental it would be easy,

This was the most disgusting hotel staying experience. The hotel is going thru a renovations process but it is filthy and over used. We requested several times to have extra towels delivered and absolutely no one showed up. The operations are a night mare and a paying public should not have to put up with this lack of service This propriety should be taken off the market and health department should have a stringent inspection. No one should have to put up with such terrible lodging conditions and lack of service. We expect a full refund.

We should have been informed that the pool was not operating.. Phoenix in the summer..112°...the pool was an amenity that caused us to choose your facility and we were not given the option to choose someplace else since we werenit informed.
