Grateful for them you have no idea. In that state, anyone could have taken advantage of me as I was alone. I really owe it to them and a BIG THANK YOU to this staff!!!!! Wishing them all the success in the world.

Maybe just bad luck but when we arrived we had an event to go to so we got ready, turned on our AC and left, we returned to find out our AC was broken and were moved to another room , there was another person who had the same issue waiting in line. We were moved upstairs but there was no AC on in the hallway on and the in room unit was not running in the room so it was atleast 85 degrees in our room at 10pm. It took about 4 hours to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. We attempted to cancel our 2nd night to leave but the hotel refused to refund us. There was trash built up in the hallway at the garbage cans and because of the heat the smell was not great. The actual room was great and clean otherwise.

Very helpful front desk staff who helped make sure we got the room we reserved. She also found us a fan and gave us helpful tips for our stay while my son was exploring colleges in the area. Elliptical in exercise room needs repair or replacement, and sink in the kitchen was backed up, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bad

Not sure after check-in it all went downhill fast. $5 per night parking fee, for what. We checked in and went to our room, turned around and checked out. Bathroom was disgusting! Mold and dirty, just couldn’t do it. Trying to get money back not sure if that will happen. Gang Graffiti inside, I have so many more pictures but this will only let me upload 4. So disappointed with Sonesta, I thought this company had higher standards.

The rooms were very nice

We had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was good. The management and staff was pleasant and kind.

However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed.

The hotel was overall, very well run and maintained. Great place to stay and you cannot beat the price. Definitely staying here again.

I was pleased there were dishes to cook with. Property felt kinda sketchy. A little outdated. The gentleman on night shift was super nice and helpful. It was ok to stay here.

I checked in to my room at 3pm showered and left for the night when I came back it was occupied by another family with my stuff in it went downstairs to confront the front desk and they proceeded to tell me I never should have been check into that room and I needed a different one needless to say I asked for a refund and took my business somewhere else
