During one of the nights the AC quit working

Lobby smelled horribly as soon as I got to the hotel. Towels also smelled really badly so I couldn’t even dry myself properly after taking a shower. The room itself was not bad for the price, but I would not recommend besides that.

it was great. The location was decent, especially since I have went to the Phoenix convention center for Fan Fusion. It was very comfortable inconvenient. I would stay there again. The only thing I have a problem with is that they didn’t have a ice bucket for ice and the bathroom could be a teeny bit cleaner.

Basic bare bones but worked for what I needed. Microwave not in the room but there is one near the office. There's ice available but no bucket. Towels small and scratchy but work well enough. Some old stains on linens. I didn't experience any noise issues.

parking in front, easy communication with staff, clean, a good size fridge and television. walkable distance to downtown area is quite run down, closed businesses and restaurants, not the best part of town.

My short stay was very pleasant. The staff and my accommodations were awesome! The newly renovated hotel puts out a welcoming vibe.

Everything except the TV didn’t work and I tried calling the front lobby but no one answer No TV

The TV kept switching from playing the TV channel to a black screen saying HDMI 2, every couple of minutes. The remote also barely worked. No coffee.
