Nice place but tough parking. I have a standard size truck and valet was full at 4p check in so forced to use a parking garage.

Our first room smelled strongly of Marijuana for some reason. We asked to change rooms and the staff was excellent in accommodating us.

Great place to stay when you're going to a dbacks game. Short walk and plenty of garage parking near by. Stayed there multiple times and will again.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was slow to check us in. There were 3 people helping one family while we waited. Valet was understaffed during checkout. We waited 20 minutes for our car.

Restaurant salad was good, but expensive ($30 plus tip). Front desk was helpful. Glad the snack bar was open all night. Expensive snacks, but happy to have them. Bummed there was no pool (I should have checked online first). Online indicated that "some" rooms have a hair blow dryer, but it didn't indicate "which" rooms, or if my room would; it did. For slow season (August), the view from my room was awful. Overlooked other wall of rooms. I should have had one on the other side of the building. Hotel had convenient location for the event I attended. Free breakfast was good. Overall, l was satisfied with my stay. Thanks.

It’s super close to chase field. The AC in the room was amazing. We were close to a lot of things downtown

Top notch place with an amazing free breakfast!!!!!!!!! Right in the middle of downtown it was super clean & I felt safe because the police station was literally right across the street. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Only thing is I would bring my own pillow maybe lol

The property was nice and perfectly located for downtown Phoenix events.the staff was friendly and swift with check in and check out. Valet was perfect for this location. The only hiccup was that thw ice machine on our floor wasn't working properly.

Great location, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room extremely clean and valet service is well worth the cost. Highly recommend. We were in town for a concert and the venue was kess than 4 minute walk. Orpheum theater is adjacent as well. Enjoyed the stay very much!
