This is a wonderful hotel. Great location. Easily walkable to Chase Field, the Science Center, and downtown bars and restaurants. I even walked to the Art Museum and Roosevelt district although those are a bit farther. The hotel has a very nice complimentary buffet breakfast and an attached bar/restaurant. The facility is well maintained and professionally ran. Highly recommend it for a Phoenix trip. Thanks Hyatt!

staff was very helpful and friendly

The location was nice, 3 blocks from the convention center. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! I've had breakfast at many locations, and this one was at the top! Adams Table restaurant food was very good too! Bartender made great drinks. The only con would be that the inside of the room needed some light dusting. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel very much.

The room was clean. But definitely smaller in person. They advertise Valet Parking for $45 a night but parking is small with 1 worker most of the time so waits time are a little long. Valet worker was also upset I left my vehicle parked in the same spot the valet worker was ok with the night before so communication isn’t clear. We also put a do not disturb sign up for one night and ended up getting no room service for the rest of the stay having to get towels from the front desk constantly. We also paid for city side but since we asked for early check in we ended up with a room facing the back of the hotel. So I guess it was worth the early check in but wish we could get that difference of $ back. But also being an Hyatt member helped with that early check in. Other than hotel being close to the downtown area, hotel isn’t as great as it shown to be.

Front desk staff were unprofessional. For the price we paid the room wasn’t worth it. The tv did not work the entire time we were there. The sink faucet was so away from the wash area making it difficult to wash your hands etc. Likewise, the shower was angled poorly and only shot towards one corner. The included breakfast lacked options. Parking was two streets over in an underground level of another hotel.

Rooms were decent, a little dirty. Towels had hair. They don’t tell you, that you have to pay for parking. So it’s extra to park in the property or a parking garage down the street from the hotel.

Breakfast was okay. Due to it being an event if it was out it was refilled. I would not be booking here again.

Rooms were excellent; entire property was excellent, clean and safe; Check-In Staff was excellent and processed our check-in swiftly and pleasantly; the bartender at the in-house bar was a real dink (rude, poor service ... let's just say, he earned the $1 tip he received).

Good location, friendly staff Parking costs per night. After checking ing, I was told I could still park my car in the lot, but wasn’t able to access with QR code so had to pay the lot parking cost $25 and was already charged the hotel $34 rate so had to pay both. Not happy about that. Hotel would credit me back $25 or $34 dollars to accommodate this error.

Second time we’ve stayed here it’s perfect for downtown Phoenix m. It’s close to the stadiums and very clean

Pretty disappointed with our stay. We booked a room for three people with two queen beds but ended up with a room with a king and a pull-out single bed sofa that was too short for my 15 year old son to sleep comfortably. They also ran out of pillows so we had to share our 4 pillows for the 3 of us. My son said the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast area was a mess when we arrived. The trash was overflowing and they were out of bowls for oatmeal/cereal. They also were out of bagels and donuts. The staff was friendly and hardworking in the breakfast area but they were obviously overwhelmed.
