Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

Was just a one night stay for a concert. The valet area needs work. The restaurant food was good. I did take issue with the staff at the front desk having inappropriate sexual conversation when I was waiting for food to be delivered for my husband after we came back to the hotel at around 10:30pm. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Dirty all over ice machines not working in any floor

The hotel was located downtown. There was all kinds of restaurants. Has a great time will definitely stay again

Great location.

The room was fine. It was clean and had everything we needed. The water and ice dispensers did not work on any floor and the air conditioner was very loud in our room. Breakfast was just ok... But the staff and location of this hotel made up for everything.

The rooms were perfect, just breakfast ended too early and the parking was horrible we had to pay our own parking at the meter because the self parking area was too small. Our vehicle couldn't fit then we were told to use Valet parking service with the hotel and was told the same time our vehicle was too big when velet parking was right in front of the hotel with no height requirements.

This is a convenient location and a good spot if you plan on spending the bulk of your time in downtown Phoenix.

Very helpful staff. We've stayed here several times over the years, and are always well-treated.

Parking was 2 blocks away. Valet parking was $50/day or so, the only option at the hotel.

The gym was nice and big! The breakfast was pretty good; the cereal and yogurt dispensers weren’t quite working but the rest of it was very yummy. Pretty nice room; one of the better ones from various hotels in the area we’ve stayed at, since it had a sofa section. No microwave in the room though.

The room was great. AC was built in, not in the window! Shower was amazing. Linens, pillows bed were very comfortable. Gym was full of top notch equipment. Was 4 easy blocks to convention center. I will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay.

But, the room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind! They have a restaurant, and café in the lobby. Walking distance to a Starbucks and convention center. Overall, great for what we needed.
