Loved the large king room.

The lovely lady who was checking me in noticed that I had two dogs and upgraded us. We were driving cross country and just exhausted from the less-than-ideal spots on the way. I always try and book Westin when it’s in the city I am staying in due to their great mattress quality, but definitely I will be making it my only go to. Property was well maintained and clean. I have zero complaints!

One of the most pleasant stays I’ve experienced with my family. The rooms were big, all hotel staff I interacted with had great vibes, the breakfast was great. Very close to the Chase Field. We Uber’d to the stadium and walked back (didn’t take more than 15 minutes and we had two kids).

Lobby bar was great. Very close to downtown restaurants
-
The space was great! Loved breakfast and the bar area!

In the evening Eric and Valentin are fantastic behind the bar. Quality cocktails, great conversation, excellent service. You can get a sense when employees are treated well and the customers reap the rewards. We will definitely be back. Great pool, food, rooms, scenery and service.

Perfect location for our stay! Comfortable and spacious accommodations. We love Jacy and Dakota’s restaurant and the staff is always so kind and welcoming!

Excellent and accommodating staff!

Finding the front of the hotel. Google took us to the back side. No signs. Once we did find a valet area, no one was there initially.

In addition, the associate that was helping with my luggage (also standing at the counter for over an hour) decided several times to chime in with his explanation of why I was being charged $279 for an extra day. I was extremely exhausted but I maintained a positive outlook & stayed polite. I will NEVER stay at The Westin, or any Westin hotel. They do not let food deliveries be dropped off at your room (only their room service/hotel restaurant can be delivered. Nor will a hotel associate bring the food up. I have breathing issues and severe knee pain, so having to walk through long winding corridors to get to the lobby is a terrible inconvenience. They were willing to charge me to bring my food up to my room. I was charged three times for the accommodation. I could continue with more issues, such as: not getting awarded my Bonvoy points though I am an elite VIP Bonvoy member, not receiving a receipt …

The carpet on floor coming up tripped on it few times and the shower handle was broken

The aroma stuck with me. Amazingly fresh! From front door to the hallways, in the elevator and in the hallways to the 14th floor. Rooms very well kept. Over all Consistency!!! Would like to see a more of a convenient store on location or more selections. I like the vending machine, but that was very pricey for small quantities.

Everything was great other than the fact that I informed that I would be arriving at 2. My room was not ready upon arriving at 3 (due to traffic). I was not given my room until 5. I had to rush to get ready for the plans I had. The bath tub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in my own filth as I showered. Pretty disappointing for a Marriot.

Comfortable room and bed! The view from the corner suite was amazing and the bathtub was Devine ! Access to the club floor was great for breakfast and snacks during the day and into the evening! Great staff, friendly and helpful! Didn't realize there wasn't much to do in the downtown core and didn't rent a car! We were only there for a few days to see 'RAYE' in concert! We also used the pool (very shallow, but nice to have somewhere to cool off!)

The staff especially Sydney and Wesley are absolutely horrible. I had no Internet and they suggested that I called their Internet service provider as if it was my job to fix the Hotel Internet.

Room nice
