I didn’t like that there’s no pool, the top roof bar didn’t have enough selection of drinks. The gym was not equipped to do enough exercise for legs, one treadmill was not working.
-
Room smelled of Smokey/musty, and some stains on couch and carpet. Charging ports on the desk didn’t work. Bed and pillows were nice and good shower. Sink drain needs attention.

Prime location had me booking, but the cleanliness will have me coming back!
-
What a relief with such a prime location, that this hotel was actually spectacular! Very clean, Art-Deco era building, really happy with the comfort of my stay in Downtown Phoenix in August. I will absolutely be back.

This hotel has seen better days. It looks nice, but is not completely clean and the elevators don't always work... fine for me on the 4th floor, less ok for my colleagues on the 11th. Biggest complaint is it is located close to the Convention Center and they don't allow for separate checks at the rooftop bar. You would think they would cater to business people, but appear to have no idea how expense reports and per diems work. The area is also a little sketchy. Lots of empty buildings and unhoused people to walk by to get around.

Amazing historic property with a beautiful art deco lobby. Wonderful modern rooms. There is a great cocktail bar in the lobby and roof. Valet parking is available, it's not cheap but very convenient. Easy walking distance to lots of downtown attractions.
