Check in was easy. The staff was a delight. This was my 3rd stay at the Renaissance. It's very conveniently located for events downtown. I'll be back again.

Location was PERFECT for a event at the convention center. The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant and bar on site was Fantastic. My room was great all elevators worked...I recommend and will be back!!!!

This hotel is great! During my 4-day stay, I was able to walk to grab some light groceries from Fry’s, take in a WNBA game at the basketball stadium, and handle business at the Convention center. No rental car/UBER/Lyft needed! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rooftop pool was non-operational. They did provide access to the pool at the Hyatt not too far away, but not a convenient as being on-premises. I highly recommend staying there. I would definitely consider staying again

I enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel. My room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing! The location was clean and service was outstanding. Travis at the front desk went out of his way to make us feel appreciated.

The hours for starbucks should be later. Make sure you use your daily credit

I just wish that the pool was open, other than that it was a nice place to stay

Beds sheets had stains when we arrived. The staff was great and changed them right away. 3 out of the 5 towels had stains on them. Yellow, red, brown stains. We asked for 5 new ones every day of our 4 days stay. And each day several of the towels had similar stains. The staff was great at getting us new ones. Homeless people in the area were everywhere.

Very nice overall. Nice lobby bar, though food menu is pretty limited. Very nice room, but old school HVAC would not cool the room any lower than 72 degrees. I would stay again though. Cheers!

Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful.

The additional $25 daily destination fee was disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if guests had the option to opt out of this fee or if it could be eliminated altogether, as this would enhance the overall guest experience.

Close to my event. The staff( a lady wear no uniform dressed in pink head to toes)couldn’t find my reservation with my confirmation number,ID and confirmation emails and membership app open to them and argued with me tried to dismiss me . It took over 30 minutes for her to find my reservation. Instead of apologizing she still tried to argue with me.
