The bed was not made the room was dirty. There was no pillows a throw wrapped up on the middle of the mattress. Hair in the shower, sink and the chair was all stained so was the couch.

The room was nice, however we booked by accident a week before our stay and they did not want to reimburse our money even though we got the travel insurance. They had a bad water leak that left us without water for two days and did nothing to compensate us. It would not have been a big issue but this was in Phoenix, AZ with the temperature in 110 degree heat. All of that said we wanted to stay close to St. Joseph hospital with my wife's dad in ICU there and was left with no other choice but to stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. We previously stayed at the Chandler location and loved it so we decided to stay at this location this time since it was closer to the event we were attending. Unfortunately this location was not as clean and some of the amenities did not work. Our room had no pillows on the bed when we checked it. The tv did not work and neither did the phone in the room. We couldn’t access the hotel from any other entrance besides the main entrance, at least on the side we were on.

I had a late check in after midnight and they would not give me a room. I had to sleep in the streets that night.

The location The staff was incredibly rude , uncompassionate, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever had. They need serious retraining

The neighbor had kids running and yelling in the hall at 10:15pm. Mother was tone deaf to ordinance @ 10pm city wide including hotels.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable but found a hole in the sheet Staff at the front desk are very good at what they do, check-in was smooth. Very polite. No problems with them at all. The neighbor had kids running and yelling in the hall at 10:15pm. Mother was tone deaf to ordinance @ 10pm city wide including hotels.

We stayed over a month renewing weekly. On our check out day they had our car towed and impounded. Not once did they mention or give us a parking permit. CROOKS!

The first room I had smelled like cat pee. Got moved and the room was great. The lady that checked us in was not friendly. But the 2nd shift was amazing. The breakfast on the go was horrible.
