I had a late check in after midnight and they would not give me a room. I had to sleep in the streets that night.

We stayed over a month renewing weekly. On our check out day they had our car towed and impounded. Not once did they mention or give us a parking permit. CROOKS!

The first room I had smelled like cat pee. Got moved and the room was great. The lady that checked us in was not friendly. But the 2nd shift was amazing. The breakfast on the go was horrible.

My check-in was pretty quick & easy. The front desk attendant (Evelyn) was quick & professional.

Location was Great but the room was crowded it wasn’t a suite the couch bed was disgustingly filthy the bedding was dirty and wasn’t changed. The couch bed itself was all stained with blood and it stained it thru the mattress. Trash under the couch with a dirty shirt that was left behind. The floor wasn’t mopped so it was sticky and dirty. The night attendant was Great provided clean linen we where too tired to complain. It says breakfast but they only had coffee and a muffin that is not breakfast!! Will not book here again Very disappointed!! The room not being cleaned properly and the bedding on the sofa bed was disgustingly filthy stained with blood thru the whole mattress. Trash under the couch along with a shirt from the previous renters. Floor wasn’t mopped and was sticky. Very upset on the condition the room was in. It was not a two bedroom suite everything was crammed in the room had to readjust the couch so we could all walk around in the room thats false advertising

The staff is very nice and helpful.

This place is amazing. The people that work there a dedicated go out of their way to help you out.

It was quiet The manager is a liar, she told a lie and refused to rent to me again

Nothing They had no ice machines at all breakfast was granola bars and coffee in the lobby .. I feel like stuff like that should be told when booking rooms.. cause that isn’t breakfast .. bed in the sofa was disgusting stains all on it no sheets or anything was provided for that bed

AC did not work. Room was very hot and smelly

Rooms are nice. Staff is great.

Do not recommend for families. It was disorganized when it came to checking in and there was no breakfast just on the go snack items. It was a mess to because something happened in the first floor and they had fans blowing trying to dry the carpet due to an incident.

Bathrooms where super dirty room was not cleaned. Trash bag outside of door. Bathtub had hairs all over. Tried contacting property and got no response at all

The bathroom sink was extremely leaking all over the floor water bursting out of the pipes. Bathroom door knob was broken and would not open so the bathroom could not be used. Reported it to staff and they refused to move my room or give me a refund.

No breakfast checked three hours after arriving no running water was told they don't know when it will be on, tv, phone, stove top didn't work. Wasn't offered a different room said manager has to decide on refund . should have at least let us know about the no water situation prior to check in or at least letting us know once they found out. Thankfully I didn't have my 1-year-old with me at the time or else I would have been challenging

The place was great no problems

The staff was wonderful, however when we got to our room I had to remove long hair from both the bed and the towels. While the website said breakfast was provided, it was actually just a coffee/tea bar with muffins and granola bars. The air conditioning unit in our room made a squeaky/whistling sound every time it kicked on.
