Staff is always nice!

One thing that had me a little upset was that I was expecting breakfast that had a hot bar but instead this was a more of a grab go not my ideal of when it says free breakfast another thing I do not like the bathroom it wasn't at it best definitely needs an upgrade but for the most part the train station wasn't far. If you don't have reliable transportation and your traveling solo the light rail / train was that a convenience.

location and size of room There was no water to the building. They had known about it all day yet did not notify me that the water was not expected to be turned on until 10 or 11 pm. I had traveled all day and there was not water. I needed to refresh myself so I went to the pool for a dip. The pool was covered in debris. The water was on by moring but then out again late the following night. A man using a wet/dry vac was in the hall, which was loud at 9:30 at night. I wrote to the manager and asked for a refund for the first night or at least a partial refund and did not even get a replay! I have given the property a few chances to prove itself. Each time it has let me down. NO MORE!

Nothing about this property warrants even a one star. Staff was rude, room was nasty and the building looked to house vagrant travellers of nefarious reputation. I cannot stress how disappointing it was to find this place on my queue of acceptable hotels. I walked out and stayed somewhere else because my clean non-smoking room was filthy and covered in ashes.

Staff is very friendly.

The bed was not made the room was dirty. There was no pillows a throw wrapped up on the middle of the mattress. Hair in the shower, sink and the chair was all stained so was the couch.

Clean Location

The room doesn’t look like the pictures. The future is broken and stained. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. It had indicators of mold. The water stopped running, but when it did run, it flooded in the bathroom. The couch has a stain on it.

Bad

The room was nice, however we booked by accident a week before our stay and they did not want to reimburse our money even though we got the travel insurance. They had a bad water leak that left us without water for two days and did nothing to compensate us. It would not have been a big issue but this was in Phoenix, AZ with the temperature in 110 degree heat. All of that said we wanted to stay close to St. Joseph hospital with my wife's dad in ICU there and was left with no other choice but to stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. We previously stayed at the Chandler location and loved it so we decided to stay at this location this time since it was closer to the event we were attending. Unfortunately this location was not as clean and some of the amenities did not work. Our room had no pillows on the bed when we checked it. The tv did not work and neither did the phone in the room. We couldn’t access the hotel from any other entrance besides the main entrance, at least on the side we were on.

I had a late check in after midnight and they would not give me a room. I had to sleep in the streets that night.

The staff was incredibly rude , uncompassionate, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever had. They need serious retraining
