I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, so I will definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient with places to eat literally right out the door. My room was nice, except a few crumbs from along the table/wall from the previous guest.

It’s also 10-15mins drive to the Pheonix Sky Airport. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking was that the hotel is about 37 minutes away from the hospital where my brother had his heart surgery in Arrowhead and since I booked through Expedia, this hotel came up as one of the recommended options. It’s also close to Papagano Park, Pheonix Zoo, Museum and downtown restaurants which I truly enjoyed driving around. Aside from the distance to the hospital but, which of course is not the hotel’s fault, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

They didn't tell me when I paid for the room on Expedia, that you have to pay for parking. And the parking lot is tiny, so if it's full, you have to park away from the hotel, which I had to. Did not like the hotel. It may appeal to the under 40 crowd, but I will not stay there again.

I had a problem with my key card and the staff was just so kind and willing to help. From greeting me when I walked to the door lobby or just passing by and having a little chat with me. It was an amazing weekend spent in Tru Hilton in Phoenix Arizona.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near downtown. Breakfast is good, and please note that parking costs an additional $10 per day. It’s a great place for a family of four to stay.

Perfect for 1-2 days business trip. Best FREE breakfast in Arizona. I travel every 2 wks from CA to AZ for work and never seen a breakfast area like TRU. 👌👍👌
