Tru By Hilton Phoenix Midtown

First time booking with Tru by Hilton and I had a great experience! Friendly staff, clean room and no issues whatsoever! I would highly recommend for everyone to book with Tru!

They have awful parking , then they didn't tell me i couldn't park adjacent to the parking lot. It was 12 midnight when I parked between 5 cars..well on the pole it said no parking restaurant parking g that was way far to the left where restaurants were.. just a wierd set up..so I ended up with a ticket..so overflow parking is on top of a parking structure with a lot of homeless walking around..Just did not feel secure..Soni stayed in my car over an hour waiting to park..so them costing me the pricenof a ticket I Uber ed if I was going to be out late because parking so bad..great hotel low to decent buffet..no.closets or storage in rooms everything exposed

So I was originally supposed to travel with my two little ones but something changed and when I got to the hotel I remembered thinking it’s a good thing I didn’t have them with me because I would have had to park so far from the hotel carrying them and all our things. Great place parking is just harder if your traveling with the family by yourself

Fun hotel in a good location In midtown. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are good at what they do.

Breakfast was terrible. What was advertised to be served, wasn't. When asked about it, the staff informed me that she was aware of the original menu, but didn't know what happened.

My husband and I have used this establishment before and will use it again. Everything was great, even the other guests that stole our towels when we weren't looking. Hope you didnt forget your key.

Easy check in check out. Free breakfast low cost parking

$10 parking and if lot is full around the hotel, there’s designated parking but you have to use stairs. Not bad if you have much to get inside.

Everything is good

So I was approached and asked to explain. Well I couldn't explain what the other party had going on but as for us, we were at the splash pad and decided to get a room that I had a little difficulty obtaining due to deposit..... name on card, ID. I managed with the help of my son who works at Amazon. So the rude individual who helped with my second reservation had a issue with EVERYTHING and was very rude about it. Even asked me, " do not book another reservation here at my hotel " life happened and I called the front desk asking for 30minutes extra for checkout which I was denied. This woman came up screaming and yelling at me and threatened to call the police for a welfare check on my children. What does that have to do with my issue checking out?. Little did she know my kids father picked them up the night before and the only reason I had a room there was to spend time with my children in shelter. She got upset and threatened me with my children. So rude, ignorant, unfair, disrespectful and a low blow. I cried and I feel so ugly

The room was very clean and inviting and the staff were friendly and engaging. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food and drinks and lastly the parking was convenient.

Hot breakfast was a life saver for my busy day ahead.

Great place to stay

The rooms were clean and well done. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The drink options were not what I expected in a good way!!

If I could put more stars for the staff, I would. We were there because of a family member in hospital and then hospice. We came day and night and had to keep extending our stay. They were Phenomenal!! The amenities were great and the breakfast options were above and beyond. The rates were very reasonable and the swimming pool on the roof made it seem like we were away from it all. And the location was great too quick shopping areas and medical facilities were all within a few mins drive. But I would come back just for the staff.

Great location. Staff is courteous and friendly. Smbient is superb. Had a very nice and enjoyable stay.
