I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Most of the time I make the reservation directly with the hotel. This time I used Expedia. I was disappointed because i was given a room for people with disabilities( that was not my request). We didn’t like the shower. The room was very small and the sink/ counter was not spacious. Staff was very courteous and it was very clean.

I needed to take my dog out in the middle of the night, the homeless people yelling and screaming in the middle of the street was disturbing. Thank you Governor Hobbs .

Everything was great but they had body lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. The young lady at the desk immediately went up to the room to rectify the situation.

Check in was easy and staff was courteous and respectful

The only issue we could report was the pool was too warm for guest to relax as it was bathwater temperature. Dropping ice or adding cold water might bring the temp down to make the pool more refreshing since it was 83 degrees.
