Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North

Wonderful place, clean, friendly and professional staff. Loved the waiter for the evening meals on the 1st, and 2nd he was great and took care of all our requests. Would highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed our stay the indoor pool was amazing. Plus the hot breakfast was delicious. My daughter enjoyed her 8th birthday we had a blast.

The embassy was clean and beautiful. Adults got 2 drinks per night for staying at the embassy. The breakfast was included with the stay and above standard and delicious. The pool was warm and indoors to help stay away from the heat. The room itself was a decent size , clean and had all the amenities one needs. The location was near the middle of downtown phoenix which helps plan your travels with family. Overall a 10/10 on this stay

The pool deck was disgusting from bandaids gum and fake lashes on the ground around the pool. It was very noisy at night we heard someone throwing up and a couple fighting in the room next to us. For such a nice place they have to do better cleanings at the pool it was gross.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk team to housekeeping and other employees, was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. My kids also had a wonderful time, which made the trip even more enjoyable for our family. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to both business and family travelers.

Nice older property, we were only there for one night. After dinner we came back to our room and discovered a streaming waterfall around the light in our shower! Called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man. He was shocked so they required us to move rooms. Just an unusual situation!

Overall a nice experience, staff was great.

The front desk staff Stephen, Alex, Karsyn, and Isaiah went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one! Very accommodating and genuinely helpful with everything!! General staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to meet our needs. Looking forward to staying there again soon! Thank you all for making my family stay the best one yet!
