I absolutely love this place. Accommodating with my service dog, nice spacious apartment, awesome staff, quiet. I’ve debated signing a lease here!

Really nice apartment and the check-in process after staff hours was much easier than anticipated. We were there for a week and there was no housekeeping.

The one bedroom apartment we rented was fantastic. Very clean, well provisioned including some good coffee. Parking under the building was convenient ($35 for two nights) and in the shade which is good for Phoenix in the summer. Great sheets, comfortable bed, nice shower - all you need in a place to stay. Check-in was really wonkey. There were a couple of young folks at a folding table in the lobby. Did not look professional and seemed confused. They just did not seem to have a grasp on hospitality and procedures. We felt very "on our own". There were not departure procedures so that was a bit awkward as well. The link to the "check-in procedures" sent via email led to a dead link.

Great place to stay for your trip!

Clean, convenient location, pool. Annoying check in process (digital), parking was pay-parking which was not indicated on the main page on Booking.com (you had to open the sub-menu to see, the main menu just said “parking”)

Fully furnished apartment, very quiet and the bed was cozy. Check-in was easy. I did not use any of the community amenities since my stay was short. Paying for parking!! Approx $20 per night.

It was clean There was no clear check in. I was emailed a link for instructions to check in, but at arrival the link did not work. There was a 24/7 phone number that also did not work. A tenant let me in and I was able to check in, but I was charged twice! It was only supposed to charge me the 150$ hold but it threw an additional 500$ on my card. I’m still working it out with the hotel. Not to mention the body soap and lotion bottles were empty, and no staff to help with either.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and complex had all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed my stay.

Safe, location , clean , amazing staff , easy check in and check out. This was my first solo trip and I want to give a huge shout out to the property manager Marquis. He was so hospitable and protective. He made me feel at ease coming and going and greeted everyone with a smile. No complaints

Everything was great, but

it was a great location in midtown with easy access to transportation. the room was spacious and well appointed, particularly for longer stays. the directions could have been a bit clearer as to location of entrances and elevators and the layout of the room, but it was ultimately undertandable

I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. I mean some of the blame is on me I did this last mintute in a hurry so I could make it to my dads appointment but in Expedia it was under hotels so I expects a front desk to be open even at 12am. like I said at that hour is more like a air b and b than hotel

The properties is very modern and clean. Fully furnished and has everything you might need. The bedroom that has its own private bathroom had zero water pressure in the shower. It was so terrible. I could barely wash out all my shampoo.
