Stay here was excellent and had everything we needed. Could have used cold water in the lobby though especially in this extreme hot weather in arizona

I stay here every time I have to make a trip to the Mayo Clinic. It is amazingly clean, the staff are very helpful and courteous.

Clean everything. Elevator was noisy and scary. Breakfast was excellent.

Second thing is the blackout curtains were worn and didn’t seal correctly on one side. Let a lot of light in unfortunately.

The air conditioner is terrible noise, whole night can't sleep well, we also find a small cockroach on the side of the trash can. Air conditioner should be improved!

The bar/restaraunt was closed. Property is old but the price was right.

Booked to attend an event at the Desert Ridge Improv and was a great location. I would drive instead of walking to the venue it was a little further than I thought especially walking in the Phoenix heat! The property was nice the rooms were clean I would book again.

Our multiple night stay was wonderful. Location to Mayo Clinic and the Desert Ridge Marketplace was a plus!

Property was clean. Elevators sounded a little scary. Parking was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We got kicked out around 2am in the morning because the staff member called the police and made up lies stating we was fighting outside, when we was not. I stayed with my husband, our adult nephew and our 4 children. All we wanted was to sleep and I had to get my kids up at 2am in the morning and find somewhere else to stay it was a waste of my time and money and we didnt even check in until around 10pm the staff lady was a weird crackhead and clearly had no idea what she was talking about.

So we stayed at this hotel 2 times in a week for 1 night each. 2 different rooms on 2 different floors. The first room was in decent shape, but the charging ports didn't work with our devices, which was a huge bummer. The second room was worse off; the shower was dirty, and there was paint chipping on the door frames as well. The staff member who checked me in was very unhelpful. She did not explain anything at all. She literally walked up and said, "Checking in." I said yes. She asked for my last name, and I gave it to her. She asked for my ID and credit card, and then she told me to tap my card. When I saw she was charging $150, I asked to confirm it was the room deposit, and she said yes. That was the entire exchange. No information on breakfast, the pool, or check-out. Nothing. She even handed me papers to sign without so much as an attempt to explain what they were. Not even a word. It's a real bummer because I love staying at Holiday Inn, as they're usually very well taken care of, and the staff is very nice. But I feel like this lady really hates her job, and both rooms were lacking, unfortunately.

Our first room A/C was not working. We were very understanding and patient. The manager, Victor is the only hotel personal that we see friendly and helpful. Our 2nd room A/C was working a little better but still not cooling to our liking. We were only there for 1 night and left fairly early in the morning. Overall, I didn't leave feeling like I would choose this hotel again. There are many options out there that I would give them a chance rather than going back to this hotel knowing what I know to expect which is not very much.
