Comfortable, clean, affordable, and with easy access to shopping and restaurants also nice people running this place .
-
Perfect one to stay at all.

The location to Mayo Clinic. The golf cart rides to the Mayo buildings. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Even though the bathroom floors were cleaned, they seemed dirty to me. It could be the floors seem old and hard to clean. A bath mat in the tub would be helpful so no one slips and falls.

Stay here when in Phoenix for Mayo appointments as it's very close. Pool was a little chilly but clean and comfortable also.
-
Location The toilet was running nonstop creating water leak, the blind was off track and had to fix myself in order to work.

Clean grounds and rooms. Staff are great and very friendly! Breakfast area has lots of choices including Gluten Free choices. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathtub was a little slippery when I took a shower so maintenance may want to fix that before a slip-&-fall happens! Very close to the Musical Instrument museum where we went to a concert!
