Spacious suites. Quite, great for Mayo Hospital

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and different options every day—always a nice surprise! We loved the lobby and outdoor areas, with plenty of space to relax, have a drink or snack, or attempt a puzzle and realize you’re not nearly as good at puzzles as you thought. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and cleaning, which was especially important since my husband has a special diet. It really made our stay easier and more comfortable. A few small things could be improved. The air conditioner was surprisingly loud and liked to make its presence known throughout the night—even this very heavy sleeper noticed it! We also couldn’t really open the windows. The issue wasn’t the safety stoppers, but that our windows were directly above the natural gas vents, and opening them brought the smell of natural gas into the room. So unfortunately, airing out the room wasn’t really an option. Finally, the only water bottle refill station we found was in the gym. A more centrally located one would be great—especially for those of us who would prefer not to pretend we’re going to the gym just to get water.

Clean rooms, great staff

The location to the Mayo Clinic and the availability for shuttle back-and-forth was very helpful If you have a car, it’s a good location to the mall and restaurants. If you don’t have a car, you need to Uber.
-
Not inexpensive but located right next to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. After surgery, the convenience can't be beat.

I like the proximity to the Mayo and the shuttle service.

Exceptional

Cons: 1. ac makes the room humid somehow. 2. The room smelled really bad and a technician visited twice however the smell remained. He said it’s the food processor In the sink. 3. The drinks sold at lobby are more expensive than airport prices! Water & Diet Coke at $6! (I paid $4 at the phoenix airport) Lower the prices and you’d have a lot more sales. (This is not a luxury hotel by any means)

It was OK and in a good location The trim in the Bathroom that holds the towels the paint was chipping off I would recommend a man made material that does not need painting.
-
It was a very comfortable room and we appreciated all the amenities it included. The shuttle to and from the hospital was a great experience too!

My issue was I'm allergic to down, We had called a few days prior to our stay and requested a feather free room. When we arrived we found they had given our room to SOMEONE else. They said they would get us another room and have housekeeping take care of issue, we waited in lobby for 30 minutes were given a new room. When we went up to Room we found still had feather pillows in room. Back downstairs to o talk to manager was finally resooledownstairs to take to managers was finally resolved
