JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa

The food was terrible, we ordered room service and it was sad. For a $600 room I would think that they could get french fries right. Don't order fries, cheeseburgers , loaded fries. None of the kid food was acceptable.

Excellent experience all around from the room to dining and pool.

Honestly, over overpriced! 60 a day resort fee, 30 self parking fee and automatic 20% tip added at the pool… $1,000 for 2 nights. I might as well have gone to Disney for that money!

The layout, the cleanliness 21 and over pools costs $110 to get in, ridiculous after paying what we paid to stay there. Someone pooped in the adult pool so we had to vacate it. The restaurants weren’t all that and my burger from room service was sub-par

Charged to sit by the pool, decided to self park so had to walk 10 minutes to and from car, restaurants are expensive, room was expensive but because nothing is included it’s was not worth the price nothing and there were so many children so it’s more family spot, beautiful views though so that’s the only thing you get customer was very delayed do not recommend

Not a great breakfast selection on the property, would just recommend ordering room service. Our only negative experience during our stay was Tia Carmen, service was not good and food was not great.

The best - grounds, pools, activities, rooms, location, staff, restaurants. Highly recommend.

The front area was being paved so checking and paying for valet and then walking so far with all our stuff was a bit disappointing and being 113 outside was not fun

Clean room, great amenities, kids had a blast, food was soooo good. Staff went above and beyond wherever they could.

This hotel was the best decision I made when thinking about staying at Arizona. The water slides are amazing and so are the rest of the pools. It’s very family friendly. Perfect for all ages. Best experience ever. The rooms were so clean and nice along with the staff.

Everyone was amazing, we were able to check in early which was so helpful!

When arrived to the room we had to call the housekeeper to clean the floor (very dirty). The TV server (Enseon) or something like that (never heard about it) malfunctioning, getting frozen at times. Several restaurants closed (maybe due to low season). The flouting tube did not have proper air pressure. Valet parking (50 dollars by night) with no roof, so your car is not protected). Regular parking is 30 dollars with very bad illumination. The staff were great.

Wasn’t a fan of the $60/night resort fee. When you prepay for a stay, you shouldn’t have to worry about getting hit with a hefty “going away” fee

We really felt welcomed! The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the room was very clean. The lazy river was a ton of fun. A definite 5 star Hotel. We are planning to go back again soon.
