Wear and tear of the outside furniture around the pool. For something that has to be reserved, I would expect a little better upkeep. Loved the water stations and the service around the pool was lovely. Check in and bell staff were perfect. Truly the highlight of the stay.

Warm cookies when we arrived, super helpful staff, great amenities for a family vacation

Clean room friendly staff

They were also doing construction right outside our building and didn’t mention it at all during check-in. The restaurant Tia Carmen’s was yummy but $44 for a brunch buffet is steep, especially considering a mimosa was like $18. The pool areas were not being cleaned as well as I’d expect for a place that charges $300+ a night. Parking is also $30/day on top of the Resort fees.

Unexpected costs added…nice place but would not stay again. Waterpark slides and lazy river were fun but not worth additional resort fee. Make sure you check all of your charges before you leave to avoid the surprise I received when I got home.
-
I will say that the only place for breakfast only had a buffet and it was. $44 per person. They should have a child menu since there are many families with small children.

Loved our stay it was peaceful and perfect for my husband and I

I would go back.

As Phoenix locals, We did a one night stay to enjoy the pools and lazy river. It was a relaxing experience, it was great to be in the pool and enjoy the amenities.

The room was nice but you could see a couple damages . There was no breakfast … Pool side food was good but very expensive!

Property did not have text notification as other JW Marriott properties do and our entire floor water stopped working. I was not told until I came in at 4 p.m. - and messaged via email (which I do not usually check while on vacation). Staff moved us to another location, but the alternative room was below the level of room I had reserved - no view and stairs (I am a post-surgical patient). Usually do not have problems with these properties, but this was a comedy of horrors.

Loved the resort. My room was just so far back that the walk to anything was too long to be enjoyable. Other than that, I really liked the views

Great staff

We had a pretty bad experience but maybe they were just having an off day. Lights in bathroom didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work and then the actual tv wouldn’t turn off for us to sleep. Had to unplug from the wall.

Wonderful stay with my boys (3&7). Usually stay at the Fairmont Princess but will definitely move my stays to JWM

Ping-pong table only had two balls and four paddles and two of them were broke. Some of the bags for the beanbag game were missing. Staff was friendly! Very nice! That was huge for me!! The food by pool service was awesome. The waterslides were the best. A little overcrowded for my taste during the day with all the public that were welcome. Could see a huge difference at night swim. Way less crowded thankfully!! The food was not good from The breakfast room service. The restaurants we tried towards the golf course attached to the hotel, the food was horrible. I really wanted to bring my older son back with my little guy and my husband to enjoy the waterslides and the lazy river however, hesitant to book a room again because of the cleanliness.

A nice resort setting
-
The pools were perfect entertainment for the kiddos. The water slide was a bit intimidating for our 9 year old but others had a great time. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean.
-
Maintained we reserve a resort view room and got and view of the wall on the 3rd floor beds were not in anyway comfortable. Staff was less than helpful.

We live local and this was a spur of the moment short staycation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely return.
