SureStay By Best Western Phoenix Airport

The hotel was nice and clean. The location was the problem. It is very close to the airport BUT on the wrong side of town. Made the mistake of walking to the Circle 'K' for a soda and a snack before my flight and literally saw three people shooting drugs outside in the parking lot. Homeless people and drug users everywhere. The hotel itself is safe and secure, evident by the multiple security cameras throughout the hotel property. Thumbs down to the airport shuttle. They herded you in like cattle, and there was only one drop-off area. The driver said it was because of major construction around the airport. We noticed none. No one said this up front before schedulin the day before for the shuttle because I would have UBERED

The property is very clean and everything looks very well maintained once I entered room very easy access and room smelled clean everything was in it's place A/C was nice and cool even though outside was over 110F I like the place

The pillows on the bed were so small. They were more like couch pillows was so uncomfortable. Would not stay there

Breakfast was good room was very clean and things were quiet and air conditioning was very nice

Clean room ,comfy bed, air conditioning work great room was nice and cold. 10 min drive to chase field… family dollar next door if you need to buy waters or snacks would definitely stay here again 10/10 stay

Did not have breakfast. Had to catch an earlier. Flight. Staff was great airport. Shuttle was perfect. Rooms are clean.

Big room great lighting and space. Refrigerator helps a lot. A lot of useful items to use Shower door wouldn't fully close maybe I'm ignorant on how to keep it in place. Breakfast is very bare minimum and basic, expected more.

Friendly staff, great comfy room. Breakfast was just cereal, bread, and yogurt. Havibg scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage as well woukd improve a lot. Even if only every other day. For the pool, invest in a cover over the pool for shade, when it 117 degrees, no one wants to go cool off in a heated pool, especially one that is just as hot as the heat outside.

It was clean and quiet. We only stayed for a night before flying out of Phoenix. The location is close to the car rental return and the tram to the terminals which is really nice. The pillows were flat and hard.
