Very convenient, clean, staff was extremely kind!

Everything was clean! The ladies were cleaning all day! Every inch! The vent to the pool I believe was right next to the back door and was super hot coming in and out of that door. As well as the walls were super thin, I could here everything

Great security and very convenient ti our family funeral . Nothing…all perfect!

They lock the back exit door all night so in case of an emergency at the front your trapped in , the indoor pool was locked at 845pm so we didn’t get to swim which was the main reason we chose that stay,our sheets did smell freshly washed.

Rooms are very clean and friendly staff. Just one super small elevator

Great location and variety in their breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. They were remodeling some rooms and you can hear the noise.

The room was comfortable and clean, that’s so important! Modern facilities. The lady who assisted us at check in was so helpful. Pool access hours are very limited, as well as breakfast hours.

Everything was amazing but the pool hrs could use some fixing it closes to early hehe

The room was clean and the beds are always comfortable, every time I go to Piedras I stayed at Holiday. I saw people in the hall while we were leaving at 4 am making a lot of noise, and in the parking lot taxis were dropping girls around 9pm

Very Clean breakfast was great check out was later than normal Them asking for deposit even though I had a credit card on file with reservation. And them telling me that it would be returned in pesos when I gave them 100 dollar's

The location and design The towels are rough, like sand paper. There was a bullet hole on our room window which made us feel unsafe

Awful place. It smells weird in the room. And even founf a few hairs on the bed. Would not recommend.

The hotel was super clean , smell clean and the beds were very nice and cozy , food was delicious.

The location good A lot of places to get food walking around I didn't like that only one elevator but it is okay no a big deal
