Breakfast was ok,house keeping and security Not enough parking, hotel has a bar but no bartender people at front desk will serve at bar and were rude when asking about drinks they had to read instructions on how to make

I arrived that Saturday morning To check in and I wasn't able to get a room it was three o'clock They never gave me my room so I left and went to another hotel I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express People there are a lot nicer Very nice area the food is great . You have to put up with all them Rude people that you have working there at Hampton Inn I will never go back!! Was not able to get my room other people were checking in except me they were not helping me at all Made me waste my time I will report this to booking.com and you get zero rating
