I have got to know the staff very well! They are very nice and curious and helpful! Thank you! There is nothing I didn't like. Everything is great!

Very clean I liked everything

The construction caused issues with the address due to heavy traffic and a 30-minute wait time. The address provided was incorrect, as it directed to a different location. I verified the address by calling, and they confirmed construction was the problem. What was originally a 20-minute arrival time extended to an hour because the address had not been updated.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The room was very small. There was no coffee pot or ice bucket.

Stuff was very helpful and attentive, and location is great. The floors in our room and bathroom were not very clean and the fact that the rooms have no refrigerator was a problem for us so most likely we will not stay here next time.

Close to US border. Mattress was disappointing. Staff was friendly, but almost zero English skill. Expected slightly better English skill within 5 minutes of US border.

I did very much like the employees they were very helpful. It’s just it would have been nice if the rooms had a coffee pot, this way you can enjoy coffee at your convenience! The fact that it did not have a mini fridge

Service was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and well-organized. Breakfast was pretty good. TV was small. Channels were limited. AC takes a while to cool off the room.

Location, comfort The breakfast that they offered, the food that supposed to be hot it was cold, kitchen staff gave us bad service during breakfast.

I didn’t like the breakfast at all. The location is very convenient where the hotel is located. I wanted to take a shower when I got there that it was around 11:00 pm and I couldn’t because there was NOT hot water.

The great advantage for the hotel is its localization, especially, if the intention is to cross thru EanglePass. Besides tob a double bed room, the beds are so small. The breakfast was really weak, options and flavor.

Good location on the main highway, across the road from several nice restaurants and cafes. Very friendly, competent, helpful staff. No problems that we noticed.

The breakfast was good, but simple, the amenities were okay for the price, the location was very nice The rooms were small, and hot, no full sized amenities, no complimentary toiletries, the breakfast was simple, not what we're used to, there was no fridge or microwave in the room, the beds were very hard, and there was hair from other guests in the room - on the floor, on the bed, the bathroom. I saved myself a couple of pesos, but it was not worth the savings.
