Quality Inn Piedras Negras

There’s a night attendant outside monitoring parking for added security. The hotel has been updated since our last stay here! The room and breakfast area were both remodeled. We loved the breakfast as usual. Quick overnight stay for our family of four while passing through town. Only downside is the guy that would usually be in the breakfast area is no longer there. :(

Bad they scam and charged 2 times two confirmation numbers were forced to be paid only I use one Very bad resolution due to not having personal on the spot

I enjoyed the staff, the pool, and the breakfast dining room. My stay was pleasant. One of the vending machines did not work, and some hallways and areas by the pool should have been a little more clean. There were no lounge chairs or tables by the pool. But overall, my stay was pleasant.

Check in time had to wait 2 hours to check in they have 135 rooms nobody was at the hotel and they didn’t have a king room ready till 3 ?

It’s clean and comfy , the staff it’s nice It’s a little old, but it’s clean and confortable,

The breakfast was very tasty, plenty of fruits There's a little worn out of the facilities.

Property was ok staff was nice and helpful It’s summer (100°+)and I requested a mini fridge when I booked it and it wasn’t any I let them know and they don’t care or do anything about it

I like because was friendly and easy access to the parking lot , to the room and excellent breakfast The people next to my room, was vary noisy was vary noisy like 2 o clock in the morning and don’t respect for the others
