Empty water bottle left on the window seal, baby crib left out. TV was not working. Shower Curtain stunk and needs to be replaced. Pillows were very worn. Its closest to airport

I loved the staff; but the room felt super dirty. The air was so moist the entire time. I felt like I needed shoes to walk through the room- like even socks felt gross- idk! My clothes were almost wet constantly and things just smelled. Had a tough time falling asleep because of the air. It was not good. The parking validation was an added step in trying to move places quickly- which is fine but there was a lot of like back and forth with that. Had such loud loud guests stay right next to me— thank God I was at meetings until very late at night but for 2 nights in a row kids screaming and like not being quiet at 1am… it was insane. And there was a huge function— a wedding— that hotel guests were allowed to awkwardly walk through? It was just super awkward after having to go in and out if forgot something. It was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had for the money I spent, and I will never go back. Staff was very kind & professional, but on every other front it was a 1/10.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly friendly, talkative, answered any questions that I had, and made my stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and provided me with amenities I needed or asked for.

The hotel itself was great. Water was warm at best In the shower. You could hear just about everything. Took forever to go to sleep because it sounded like a party above us.

Location to airport Hyatt charged me for the room in addition to me paying on booking com. I have not been able to complete a phone call with Hyatt regarding a refund. Very frustrating & I doubt I'll ever stay at a Hyatt hotel again. During the stay, the wifi & TV wasn't working. Due to an early flight, I didn't bother to call the front desk. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was excellent.

This is our favorite hotel when traveling to and from the Pittsburgh Airport. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable and you we enjoy the top notch breakfast provided.

The dinner was delicious and served hot. Convenient to the airport for early morning flights.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not well sound proofed, and after her kids kept me up the night before, a parent decided to scream at her kids at 4.15am that they might miss their early morning flight, without thinking about what sound might carry, but I guess this is a challenge of airport hotels.

Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway.

Duvet in bed was quite old Hotel looking a little tired and now not as attractive now that not accessible from new terminal as easily.

Only negative was how noisy the hotel was. I could hear rooms beside me talking, TV, and bathroom.
