The body was container was empty & I didn’t realize this till after I got in the shower. I had to dry off & get my own

in other news the airport shuttle as great but I wouldn't stay there again as i have low confidence in their cleaning protocols

Very nice property. Being right at the airport it was very quiet. Normally we drive to the airport on the day of departure but that may change. It was nice not to have to get up at 4 am to get to the airport.

Great hotel with clean rooms.

The staff immediately responded to my request about the noise in the room next door.

There was an intruder in the middle of the night. A stranger was running around in the hotel hallway pounding on our hotel room door.

Also very long wait for our very simple salad dinner.

From the time we approached the front desk they welcomed us like family. Which was much appreciated after a delayed flight, hunger and jet lag. The room also far exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely visit again! Marshall Family

disappointed in our stay. The lobby is updated however the rooms are not. The bathroom in our room was dirty, we did not shower or take our shoes off in the room. It was gross. The hotel restaurant was nothing as advertised. We booked this hotel in proximity to the airport but also because of dining and the restaurant is NOT farm to table. This was some of the worst food we have ever had. Truly horrible. The shuttle drivers both from and to the airport were some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Although close the the airport we would never stay here again.

It was very clean and the staff is amazing!

Evening check-in at main desk (Tyne) was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The room was a disappointment, however. Hallway (carpet) on 2nd floor had a musty smell, corridor seemed old and tired, inadequate ventilation. HVAC air supply in the room did not seem fresh - bedding and/or carpet had an unpleasant odor. Seemed as if Room 225 had been used as a pet-friendly room. The property did not have an upscale Hyatt feel that is typical of this brand. Location was not “on site” airport, since the wait for shuttle was 10min, and ride to terminal at least 5 min. Not like other airport hotels that physically adjoin the terminal and are thus much more convenient for the traveler.

Convenient hotel by the airport. Served our needs to fly in and out of PIT.

Beds are "hotel queens" which means full and not a queen bed!

Front Desk and Shuttle Staff are excellent!
