Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

The staff were amazing, the restaurant had really great food, the room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean would be happy to stay here again!!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but with the move of the terminal, it’s no where near as convenient. It is also getting worn and tired.

Great food at the restaurant and 24/7 transportation was terrific since our flight was 5:45 am.

Clean convenient hotel! Only suggested improvement is better online directions and on site signage for hotel parking , it was a bit confusing and validated ticket would not work at exit and it took 20 minutes driving around before security/maintenance was able to help.

After my flight was cancelled first thing in the morning we attempted to move our stay to the next day. Hyatt was unresponsive and I paid for absolutely nothing. Never will I book the Hyatt Regency again and I stay at Pittsburgh 14 times a year. My 14 stays a year don’t matter to them, being such a large chain

Bathroom not cleaned or flushed! Dust all over!

The staff was patient and helpful during check-in and check-out. The coffee was excellent as well!

The staff were very nice. Check in was easy and when I went the next day yo tell them about the state of the room they were apologetic. It was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t really been cleaned well- sink and toilet were clean but walks and floor were gross. We didn’t get in until 2 am do it was morning before we really had a good look.

Everything was great. Convenient shuttle service to and from airport.

We had inadvertently brought a valuable small pocket knife with us and have no checked bags so we were able to have them safely store it for us until we get back. Our flight also got canceled and they told us how to extend thru Expedia to get the better pricing

We had a roach in the bathroom I took a video and reported it to the front desk in the morning when we checked out they offered me a bottle of water and a snack! Also the hotel is no longer attached to the airport had to wait for the shuttle
