Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Great stay. Clean and pleasant hotel

I like it was close to the airport. Free shuttle service, close to restaurants and shops

Bathroom door did not close, and our room was assigned to another person so it was a bit of confusion

This place was so beyond amazing for the price. Clean and great for the kids. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. We even paid the weekly fee and had our car parked there for the week. Their shuttle took us to and from the airport. We will stay again.

First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. Don’t you guys check these things to head off this kind of situation? Had to wait I. The hall about w0 minutes for this issue.

The reservation was made on 6/19 at approximately 4pm. By 5pm it was determined that the reservation was not needed. I requested a refund but was notified that the policy does not allow refunds. This was a terrible experience with the Hilton Hotel in Pittsburgh.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and lobby were very welcoming and comfortable. Several food options outside the hotel that were easy to walk to.

Convenient location, very clean room, and the lady at check-in was so kind and helpful!

Location and cleanliness were good. Getting double charged and having to spend literally hours on the phone to correct.

Everything was exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff is super nice. The room was very clean and they gave us bottled water which was very nice.

The sheets were not clean and smelled like someone just laid there. They smelled musty wnd bad odor

This stay was short but good and as expected

I liked that the staff was amazing and friendly! When we arrived the toilet was not cleaned but was offered a new room which I thought was amazing but due to us bringing all our stuff in we decided to stay but the staff cleaned it himself we did tip and thanked him for the job that was not expected!!!
