I was put in a hearing accessible room and the lights stayed on all night. Made it difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed that the check-in and my check out went smoothly, I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer I had a nice stay.

They were very polite and friendly and the place was very clean.

Easy to find, gas station across hotel was convenient. Location by airport also convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super easy check in. Only wish they offered complimentary breakfast like most other airport hotels.

When we first checked in I was disappointed of the location. I thought it was closer to the airport. We checked in and was given a room on the first floor. The key didn't work. I guess the locks battery was dead. We were tired and requested another room. It was supposed to be an upgrade. I hope it was not. The room was clean but in need of some real repairs. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. All of the shelving in the room was falling off and really loose. Room 431. In the closet and over the toilet. There is a piece missing from the rolling shower door. Really in need of maintenance. The very bright spot was the lounge/diner area. I didn't catch the lady's name but she has an English accent. She is awesome. Took our order for food, drinks and awesome service. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. I thought the Hilton Hotels were better than this. Not planning on using them in the future. Best western blew them out of the water. Just glad it was only one night.

The elevator was not working properly, had to use the stairs numerous times.

Only issue was fire alarm at 2am

I spent a night at this hotel prior to taking an early flight. It was very suitable—clean, modern, well-maintained, and convenient to the airport. Would stay again for this purpose.

We did a late check-in and wish we were able to stay longer or got there earlier. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight the next morning. The staff was top-notch even my 11-year-old daughter complimented how nice the check-in person was. I think his name was Anthony. Even the early morning person was nice when we checked out. The rooms were spacious and very clean. My daughter was sad to miss the dog activities they were hosting during the week. We will be staying there again. It is is convenient to the airport with a shuttle service. There were lots of walkable stores and restaurants in the surrounding area.
