Proximity to the airport. They had a Tesla charger. Very dated the rooms were musty, and the bathrooms were old-fashioned

It was minimally acceptable. Watery sausages. No potatoes, or the like. Only plain bagels. Ran out of coffee on morning 3 & had to go find staff to brew more. Assured me before coming in writing I'd hv Accessible room. Did not. Last morning, room cards stopped working & we were told we had to make long trip down hallways, etc., to go to front desk & get new one. And then they tried to blame us for making them not work. Mercy!

I was told there was complementary shuttle to the Airport but I was charged for the service.

Efficient property for overnight. Good bed, good, hot shower, good free breakfast. Needs some updating...dark hallways, smoke smelling elevator. If you get shuttle from the airport, expect atleast 30 minutes.

We stayed in room 117 and it needs a lot of attention. Probably one of the worst rooms I've stayed in ever. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy, when you use the sink in the bathroom water would drip from the drain onto your feet. The toilet would hardly flush. The AC would wake you up every time it came on because it was so noisy.. and the shower was very difficult to use, when you pulled the plunger up to go to the shower it was very difficult.

Average stay this time around. Refrigerator made noises all night as well as the AC and bed everytime I moved. Great location for RMU events but could use some updating.

The TV was not working. They tried to fix it. After an hour we were finally given another room. In the end it was fine.

Good location for airport access. Good price. Shuttle from airport worked out well. Continental breakfast was minimal.

The staff was friendly and the area was very clean and the hotel felt inviting. When u first walk in it is pretty dark but also didn’t feel like it was much security. There were many times where I just walked right in with it seeing anyone in the front desk and the rooms were just easily accessible. The TV in the room was very small more for a child. The shower is shooting like a jet at you and no where to turn it and wets the floor. The room was dirty and didn’t stay all my nights there.

Convenient for an early morning flight. Efficient shuttle service
