Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. I liked the parking facilities. Being Senior citizens, the toilet seats were exceptionally low and the Shower did not have enough safety handles and was NOT User Friendly.

Crumbs everywhere, 4 opened blue chew packets left from previous people, no bag in the trash, no linens provided for the second bed… not a lot of positive feedback to provide.

I was surprised by the run down condition of the property that carries the Sheraton name. The staff were kind and helpful.

Location Cleanliness was lacking.

The room properly. The carpets stained not vacuumed and dirty. We had to keep her shoes. The bathroom had the previous customers hair on it so it was not swept or mopped. All in all the disgusting place to stay

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well stocked. It provides a shuttle to and from Pittsburgh airport.

How there was multiple things to do. It was dirty, I couldn’t cancel my request to cancel the room I booked. It was expensive, and there was bedbugs.

The horrible smell throught the whole hotel. Had to go buy order absorbers and candles to tolerate the old smell. The decor was nice but the small was embedded in the carpets and walls. This hotel needs an upgrade. I was very disappointed.

Parking issues paid parking, but often the card did not work for exit. Food was decent.

It wasn’t noisy, even though we were right beside an elevator. I didn’t really have much interaction with the staff other than checking in, but they seemed pleasant enough. The pool area was pretty gross. There were old wicker chairs with worn faded cushions. There was a box that said clean towels but they were only like 5 in there and they were all wrinkled up.

The first room we stayed in I took a shower that evening and the water was still in the tub the next morning. When I made my reservation 10 days before we stayed there said it would have contential breakfast but they did not, I did mention it to lady at front desk and she gave us a voucher for breakfast Thursday morning but not on Friday morning. She said she would ask the chef about it for the next time I came to the hotel, but I told her don't even bother that I would never step into that or any Sheraton hotel ever again. No towels at the pool side so we didn't go swimming. Not a very good stay what so ever. Just a very old and tired hotel altogether. Sorry I didn't take any pictures I was not thinking about it at the moment. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

It was clean & quiet with helpful staff & offered a shuttle to & from the airport, which is closeby. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hamburger was absolutely delicious
