Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel

Very close to airport and worth the money.

We were only here for a few hours due to our flight time. The man at check in was prompt and helpful. Parking was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We got some appetizers from the restaurant within the hotel and they were delicious. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed on the 7th floor. Rooms were very clean and quite. Would definitely stay again.

The room was kept clean daily, customer service was excellent everyone was very friendly It could use some up dating. In the bathroom wall is peeling, cocking could use to be better cleaned up. And taller toilets

The check lady was great but the hotel is outdated. And when you book it says free breakfast but when you try to go get free breakfast they say no you have to pay for it. There’s some of that fine print stuff they get you with. If you need a bed for the night it’s fine but I won’t be using them again.

Great stay and Wonderful shuttle driver at 5am this morning.

the location was excellent to get to the airport , I came from a town that was far from the airport so the hotel was excellent for the distance the hotel shuttle was perfect . that the kitchen said to close at 11pm , we got there at 10pm and it was already closed , so we had only some snacks they had here , fortunately they had those .

It was clean, comfortable, and has wonderful staff (specifically Courtney at the front desk and the bartender that worked on 5/18). Did not have spa

The room had an odor to it and my family members in other rooms had the same compaint about the smell. The staff was great very helpful and kind.

Very professional receptionist, friendly and welcome smile. Room was nice and clean. Like the dinning area stay open so after a long drive it's wonderful able to sit for a beer. Going to pitts 38 years stayed at many different hotels, i will come to this one. Good job!

Great place and easy transfer to airport

The carpet had stains everywhere

The power was out for over 7 hrs, room was hot as oven windows did not open no elevator working and on 8th floor when I use cane to walk. Mgt didn’t offer any assistance or discounts. Will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!
