Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel

The staff and especially the shuttle driver staff and the kitchen staff went way out of their way to help us during a stressful visit with them!

Room is clean. Shuttle Driver is nice

Place no look like the pictures on Expedia

The toilet clogged and I notified the front desk yet nothing was taken care of fortunately I had to attend venue and was not staying in my room yet when I return to my room the smell was lingering the room. It would be great if they had taken care of the situation.

The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down.

Very close to airport and worth the money.

We were only here for a few hours due to our flight time. The man at check in was prompt and helpful. Parking was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We got some appetizers from the restaurant within the hotel and they were delicious. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed on the 7th floor. Rooms were very clean and quite. Would definitely stay again.

The check lady was great but the hotel is outdated. And when you book it says free breakfast but when you try to go get free breakfast they say no you have to pay for it. There’s some of that fine print stuff they get you with. If you need a bed for the night it’s fine but I won’t be using them again.

Great stay and Wonderful shuttle driver at 5am this morning.

The room had an odor to it and my family members in other rooms had the same compaint about the smell. The staff was great very helpful and kind.

Very professional receptionist, friendly and welcome smile. Room was nice and clean. Like the dinning area stay open so after a long drive it's wonderful able to sit for a beer. Going to pitts 38 years stayed at many different hotels, i will come to this one. Good job!

Great place and easy transfer to airport

The actual pillow has yellow stains on it and it was visible. The bathroom was very dusty. The carpet had stains everywhere

The power was out for over 7 hrs, room was hot as oven windows did not open no elevator working and on 8th floor when I use cane to walk. Mgt didn’t offer any assistance or discounts. Will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!

The carpet was gross

Great location, close to the airport. Nice clean rooms. Awesome shower pressure.
