NOT REALLY ANYTHING BATHROOM DOOR DIDNT CLOSE, SHOWER HAD NO PRESSURE, MATTRESS DIDNT FIT ON FRAME RIGHT. NOT VERY CLEAN

The good: >The staff were all nice and welcoming. >The beds were clean and the towels were clean. >The cost was good and it was easy to find/get to. >The a/c did work. The bad: >The floors were carpet and filthy. Visibly filthy. Bring slippers. >The bathroom door in our unit would not close. >There was a place for a refrigerator but no refrigerator. >There were supplies for coffee on our counter but no coffee pot in the room. >Their breakfast consists of some packaged muffins, coffee and I think there was some fruit there. Not enough to really suffice but maybe a snack. If you are on a budget and expect a 2 star hotel, then you will be fine. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The front desk staff were very nice. They were apologetic that the room was somewhat under construction, but it was the last room available in the hotel, which was the only hotel with rooms available in the area. (there had been an error in our reservation with Staybridge Suites through booking.com - even though the reservation was “confirmed“ we arrived at 10 PM with no room at that hotel. So we came to the Park Inn as our only option). I really appreciate that they opened up their hotel for guests, recognizing that the hotel was under construction. If they had not accepted us, we would’ve had to sleep in our car. The linens were clean and the towels were also clean. And its current state, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who had another choice. It is located right next to an adult entertainment shop, and the parking lot is full of garbage, and the hotel has broken windows. The back door did not appear to be locked, and the carpet was stained with mold on the shower curtain. I hope that the kind managers are able to create an upgraded hotel in the future. Right now it’s a bit scuzzy.

This is a nice cheap little hotel in a convenient location in between Pittsburgh and the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet. The employees at the desk were very nice and helpful. I also passed an employee in the hall while I was leaving and he asked how my stay was and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The scary part was that they led me to the room to make sure I was willing to stay before I actually checked in. I have NEVR been shown a room during the check in process. I felt like I was in a horror movie being led down a long hallway to my death. I was a woman, alone with a strange man. It was creepy. I only chose to stay because I had no other options - the prices in town for that night were astronomical because of the Steelers game the next day.

Convenient to airport. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thr staff were very polite and friendly. The property is old and tired. Breakfast was minimal - coffee and a 2-pack of muffins with a choice between blueberry & chocolate chip and some apples.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean. Definitely no frills. It served it's purpose. Room seemed designed for 1 person not 2- single sitting space. Small space for clothes to hang up, no dresser so we lived out of the suitcase. No table or chairs to eat or study together.

Convenient. Lot of renovations being done. Parking lot needs work. Liked being able to leave my car on property for my entire time away The $5/day rate was exceptional. Didn't like the fact that had to pay a $100 refundable deposit even though I had paid for the room when reservation made and did not know in advance about this charge.

I know it’s being remodeled, but the rooms could’ve been cleaned better and the mattresses should’ve fit the bed frame. Called for towels and wash cloths and was told to come get them. Ice machine wasn’t plugged in to work. Overall staff were very polite when talking to you. Maybe once it’s all done it will be much better. Appreciate you letting us stay. Thanks!!
