DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport

I had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning The food was very good and the bar staff who served me was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and good. The service was even better. The rooms were very large and very clean. I will stay at this property again and recommend it to those travelling through the area

The hotel is central to everything we needed, clean, friendly staff and comfortable renovated rooms. The only downfall was the pool, it was small and didn’t have good ventilation so our eyes really hurt (even those who did not swim!) so we avoided using the pool..

The hotel was in a nice area close by alot of restaurants and shopping center the rooms was nice and spacious and the staff was nice and friendly and check in and check out was smooth

To make matters worse, the maintenance employee smelled very strongly of marijuana, and the odor lingered in the room after he left. This was extremely unprofessional and further detracted from our stay. As a result, our experience was quite uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodations from DoubleTree. The combination of an unresolved maintenance issue and the unprofessional conduct of an employee made what should have been an enjoyable stay a very unpleasant one.

Room smelled horrid of cigarette smoke. I called front desk immediately after we walked in. Front desk offered to send maintenance. No offer to get us a new room. We had to leave for a concert. Next morning told new front desk person. She said, next time let us know and we will get u a new room. I told her I did let them know and no such offer was made. She did not offer a discount or anything. Horrible.

The airconditiining was broke, no continental breakfast but the room was clean. Sixteen dollars for a buffet breakfast, Bob Evan across the street, no waffles😢

Stay was good no complaints. Has free parking.

This is the best hotel to stay at when traveling. We utilize the airport shuttle, and the driver was kind and timely. The restaurant is a plus as well!

Incredibly weak water pressure = showers take longer. Great reception and housekeeping staff. Very clean. Convenient location.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The accommodation was okay, although the room and bathroom weren't 100% clean—I actually saw hair and dust. I didn't like the hotel restaurant; the breakfast was terrible, with weird-tasting coffee and moldy bread. If you want breakfast, it's better to cross the street and eat at Bob Evans or go to other nearby restaurants.

I probably just won't stay there again. Best only, was pilliws
