Room was clean, and the staff helpful. Only downside ... they had run out of cookies when I had asked.

The woman who checked us in wasn’t knowledgeable about how to solve our problem. She spent a long time trying before she called a manager. There were 5 eating dinner and we found our food below average.

Perfect place to stay and park your car when flying out if Pittsburgh. Shuttle to the airport is nice and you get dropped off right at the terminal. Very convenient.

Full restaurant and bar is a huge bonus for lunch/dinner, food was quite good and affordable! A few outdoor sitting areas are very inviting and attractive. Rooms seem brand new - they’re spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Check-in was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Close to airport, but allow 15 min by car.

I had to clean our shower in order to use our shower. There was other people‘s nasty hair in it. There was handprints everywhere in the shower. It was absolutely disgusting. Ask for staff one of their housekeeping gentlemen walked into our room without knocking just open the door and walked in as I was getting out of the shower. He was not going to apologize until he heard me holler my husband‘s name twice. Then he walked back to our door and noted to apologize. Do not recommend this hotel. It’s a disgrace.

The room was clean and that's what matters most. The issues were as follows: The water pressure and toilet flushing were mediocre at best. The shower ceiling was very low. The toilet was cramped behind the door. There were shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower, but no body wash. The TV cable service was slow and non.respomsive. None of these issues are deal breakers on their own, but adding them all up knocks a few points off in my book. Good place with potential, but not great based on the issues listed above.

Great staff. Very clean and in a great area!

You know, I was nervous at first because when I got there, there was a guest in front of me complaining about having no air-conditioning in their room and then there was another guest that was behind me talking a little bit about having a smoke odor in their room. However, I’ve gotta say that I had a great experience. The room was clean and well-maintained and it was quiet and I have nothing bad to say it all about this hotel and I would stay there again.

The air conditioning does not work. Every unit needs a new A/C. Don't stay here.

We stayed here for one night. Our room had no air conditioning as well as many others when we asked if we could switch rooms they gave us a fan. Also, there was what looked like blood stains on our pillow case.

Canceled flight and quick booking for few options but the price was right, shuttle was excellent and got a great nights sleep. Staff was helpful and very hospitable
