Very Nice we will stay again
-
Clean room excellent staff and the free breakfast was good.
-
The front desk staff was welcoming and it was great to have cereal and coffee out for breakfast by 4am since my flight out of Pittsburgh was an early one.

May need some updating such as new paint, carpeting or other appearance items. Even though the rooms and common areas are clean, the building is beginning to show its age. I have stayed at the hotel on other occasions and the breakfast is always appreciated before starting out in the morning. Staff members seem to be very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions one might have.

We came in late for an early morning departure, but everything suited us just fine. The beds were comfortable. There were enough pillows and everything was clean. We were staying in a renovated room and it was very well decorated. Overall would stay again.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff even when we arrived in the middle of the night. Price was amazing for including breakfast and Parking

The hotel is being renovated. The bedding and towels were new and clean. The price was reasonable. They offer a cold breakfast on weekdays, hot breakfast on weekends. On Tuesday, I knew there was a cold breakfast, but there was no fruit like there had been Monday, just stale bagels and bread, waffles, cereal. I was staying for four nights. When checking in, the staff person didn't tell me that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. The first day I didn't want it cleaned because I had a lot of things in my room for a party that we were having on Sunday, so I put the tag on the door that said "privacy". The second day I took it off, thinking that the room would be cleaned. It was not. I went to the front desk on the third day and was told that I should have been told to ask the front desk for cleaning. So I asked her for a cleaning that day and again, it was not done. So I went to the desk at 3:30 pm, telling them that my room was not cleaned. Keep in mind it hadn't been cleaned at all to this point. She said she had put it into the computer and she was surprised . Then she said that she couldn't guarantee that it would be cleaned that day. I told her that was going to be a problem. When I came back from dinner, it was cleaned. I just think that I should have been told to ask when checking in. Cruise ships have a sign on the door, "privacy" or "make up my room". Hotels should do that. I am disappointed and I'm not sure I will stay there again.

Shuttle service was excellent both with pick up from the airport and drop off back to the airport.

Great place to stay

We did a quick one night stay here. The room looked like it was recently remodeled, they did a great job on it. It was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. We missed out on breakfast but it was nice that something was available to grab if needed and coffee was always available. Parking was plentiful. There were a handful of restaurants nearby, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

The Hotel appears to be going through New ownership. Sign was missing on the building and you can see an old Howard Johnson on the building. We stayed on the 4th floor and the Hallway was always Hot. Had several issues with my room key. Not much of a selection for the continental breakfast. The elevators had tiles that where loose. The room was clean, but was smaller than what it appeared on the photos. Overall we had a good week, maybe once the transition is over it will show better.

Staff were customer oriented & helpful. They let us leave luggage there for a week until we returned to PGH. It was under renovation when we went but still well-maintained & a good stay.
