Easy, clean place to just spend the night for a concert

If you're looking for a budget place to stay close to Pittsburgh international airport, this is the place for you. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty basic and limited.

The property is quite run down but the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was included and the air temp was great.

I noticed that there some stains on the blanket on beds which obviously they are not wash very well and keep clean ... but overall is okay and price is reasonable

Arrived to check in and got a room key. Went to the room, to find bags of trash and the room not cleaned. Went to front desk and she apologized and instantly gave me another room. That room was great. The steps leading to the floors for the rooms looked to be in need of some repairs. We got up them fine, but they were covered with rubber mats or something and wasn’t just 1 piece. Definitely a tripping hazard. Breakfast was decent. Yogurt, cereal, waffles and juice. Plenty for us. I’d say the room was 8/10. Breakfast 7/10. Interior/exterior of hotel 5/10. Staff 8/10. Overall 6/10. Would stay again, if I had to and the price was around the same.

Location is great. Parking can be tricky. There is no elevator. No breakfast at the property. Only a place to sleep .

They might need to upgrade their mattresses, but other than that, everything was perfect.

It was clean. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and bc it was curved the curtain collected in the middle, rendering it useless. The hot and cold water in the sink was backward.

My wife and I were traveling with our 10 month old baby. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on furniture and dirt on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed. Upon checking in at around 5pm the room was incredibly hot, and when turning on the AC it was clear that it would not cool down quickly as the air unit did not seem to stay engaged in AC mode. When this was discussed with front desk staff they allowed us to move to a different room. That room was also visibly dirty and very hot, but the AC unit seemed to be blowing colder air so we stayed. Several hours later, the room had not cooled to a safe sleeping temperature for our baby. Front desk staff was contacted again and maintenance came to the room and said that they would bring a new unit to install. Some time later they did not install a new unit and instead told us that we could switch rooms again. The maintenance staff did help us to move our belongings. The third room, again dirty in some places, had a newer AC unit that was running well and the room cooled quickly. At this point we had been at the hotel for about five hours and our baby was awake far past his bedtime due to the heat and all the commotion with moving rooms. To top it off, shortly after getting to the final room, a group of men opened the door with a key card and claimed it was their room, indicating front desk had not updated that it was occupied. This was incredibly unprofessional and concerning. Overall it was disappointing and frustrating.

Lady behind the desk was unfriendly

When I looked at in the morning after the first night I found a disgusting brown stain on the cover, as well as an apparent urine stain. I also had some irritation on my ear after the first night from laying on their pillows. I told the staff about the dirty cover the next day. It was removed but not replaced. Luckily there were two beds in the room.

Plenty of parking. Safe and quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with several pillow options.

Room smelled like a smoking room from 1980. Bathtub had hair in it, drain didn’t work. Luckily it was a quick one night stay, so dealt with it.

Great place to stay on a quick work trip. Staff was fantastic!

Don't waste your time unless you don't care. Awful breakfast consisting of bagels and warm milk in the fridge. Zero amenities. Empty vending machine and no other food options. Broken tables in the lobby. Workout equipment didn't work or was broken. Keys hardly ever worked and I had to keep going back to get new ones. People living in the hotel and coming and going at all hours of the night while yelling and having loud conversations in the hall. Houskeeping checked my room but didn't close the door all the way and it was left open ALL DAY. Rude and foreign employees who barely spoke English.
