Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport

No issues with the room. It was great and clean! The staff was not great. My

Good short term stay but room was not well cleaned. We found hair on several surfaces and you could tell the bathroom floor had not be attended to (like visible bare feet prints). Nothing insane so we stayed our two nights but I probably wouldn’t stay here again with so many options in the area unless the price was right.

It was a very weird set up in the room ,but what really made me do two stars only is because it was just creepy. Housekeeping was definitely in my room everyday ,however,non of the days was my bed made ,nor the bathroom cleaned or vacuumed ,but each time there was something different .like there were clean towels but the old ones weren’t removed,the curtains were moved and the remote control was put back but yet the garbage wasn’t emptied.I had something in my makeup bag that I didn’t use but it was out in the counter .I seriously thought about going to a different hotel and forgoing the cost but it just wasn’t doable.just a felt creeped out knowing someone was in the room but they didn’t really clean anything

Got nailed with a parking charge at checkout that I wasn’t expecting

The only issue was that the key cards weren’t working..so kinda inconvenient..not only for us, but for the staff as well..seemed like you need to hire more staff. ..there was only 1 person to let people in the rooms, and to check in the guests..

We reserved 3 rooms totally for this reason. And of course they couldn’t refund it because it was reserved through Expedia. False Advertising!!

Bathroom door doesn’t close

This hotel was recommended since it was close to the Pittsburgh Airport. We stayed overnight and parked our car for 4 days while we traveled to new York. Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was clean and very comfortable. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4AM. The shuttle was right on time and got us to the airport in about 10-15 min. Upon returning to Pittsburgh, I called the hotel to get the shuttle to pick us up. Approximately

Although we had a handicapped room, our handicapped person was not comfortable using the shower---the floor was too slippery. Please evaluate.

Some of their products were not the quality expected. There was no microwave in the room. The bar tender, Danny, was great. He had to handle the bar and restaurant himself and did a great job.
