Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport

Great location and staff was awesome. I was in handicap accessible room d/t injury and the room/bathroom was great!!! Shower was amazing

I had an unexpected one night stay due to a flight cancellation and this hotel was a perfect solution. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kelly our airport shuttle driver - she was exceptional! I loved the restaurant, they had really good food and the manager there was exceptional too. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge highlight and made getting to and from the airport so easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We are two healthy and mobile 81 years old old people but we were placed in a handicap room which was satisfactory for our needs. But we were surprised to see that there were no handicap assist bars near the toilet or the shower.

Clean, easy and quick.

Nothing unique. Very underwhelming. TV reception poor. Only 2 luggage carts for entire hotel. The only breakfast items offered bagel, yogurt and over ripe bananas. We understand that this is not a full service location, however, it did not appear that there were any services offered. We have previously stayed at other Marriots and have been very satisfied but not at this one.

Their was no complimentary breakfast like it said when booking its a little make shift Starbucks baristia.

Let me say the positive first! I LOVE getting a ground floor room and being able to open the sliding screen door for fresh air and for this I will always come back. What I don't like is that even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, apparently I am on the bottom rung, so even if there is no one coming in for my room, I still couldn't get an hour later check out! Imagine! AND, there is no free coffee in the morning. Yes there are pots in the room (with not good coffee) but not only is breakfast not included but you have to pay for the coffee. I just don't get it because the prices are usually mid-range for the area and the La Quinta has free breakfasts and late checkouts! (BUT, you can't open the windows, so...Courtyard Marriott it is. Oh, and the staff is great. It's not their fault I couldn't get a late checkout!
