No phones. No ironing board. Broken windows. Smelly hallways. But overall it wasn't dirty and it got the job done.

The price was good for a 1 night stay just to sleep. And was not too far to get too after our venue. We booked through booking for a king suite and when I got to room it was a double queen suit. There was no utensils or pots to utilize the cook stove would have been nice for someone who was actually using it.. The beds were very uncomfortable. No coffee pot in room not a deal breaker would have been nice. And the tub did not drain.

Accommodations were fine - room was adequate, no issues with the property. The property is actually 2 separate hotels/buildings. I stayed at the cheaper Economy Inn which was probably part of the problem - there are no staff in the building & you have to check in at the other building then the Economy Inn is located in a different building in the back. I made reservations through Expedia & pre-paid for everything. I was told at check in that the room was paid for but that I had to provide a credit card for incidentals. I was assured by the front desk attendant that unless I damaged the room my card would not be charged. I checked out & everything seemed in order but it absolutely was not! My card was charged for the entire cost of the room… I called the property & they said they have no record of charging my card… the manager was supposed to call back to resolve the issue within the half hour… it’s been 2 hours… I’ve called back… keep getting brushed off… Traveler beware this place seems like a giant scam/rip off & no one wants to actually communicate with the customer… I won’t be staying here again.

We didn’t stay the night after seeing blood on the sheets

There was no reservation when I arrived at 2:30 am. They said this has happened a lot with Expedia bookings. I have used Expedia for years and will no longer be using this booking platform after being stranded in the rain at 2:30am with no room in Pittsburgh. I’m furious.

Not a thing! Didn’t stay Everything. I drive there for my rest after a concert and was advised I never had a booking ( even though it was paid for and confirmed). Staff acted as if she was lying to me. She said that I never had a reservation and they were fully booked. So I had to leave and drive elsewhere looking for hours to find a place to rest

The hotel is great. Booking on hotel.com is NOT. Booked two different days on hotel.com received confirmation email, hotel knew nothing about me. No reservation. This is not good when it’s midnight, you’re tired and the hotel you booked on hotels.com never heard of you.

The room was fine however the website states a 24 hour shuttle. This is not the case. We needed a pick up at 3:45 am and couldn’t get it. First pick up is 4am. Then our flight home was delayed and we didn’t land till 2am and there was no shuttle. So we had to find our own transportation back to the hotel to get our cars. Also we had to pay $73 to park there. Nowhere on the website did it state that there was a fee. If you have an early departing flight or and late arriving flight I suggest using a different hotel.

Great price for a 1 night stay before a flight. Kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very roomie. Only complaint was there wasn't an employee at the desk. Sign on door said to go to Quality inn for room key. Had to get back in my car to drive there as it wasn't well lit and I was traveling alone. Also, door to building that appears to need a key to access did not lock so anyone can enter the hotel.

Unfortunate to say but my review will only be about how we never stayed there versus our expense as guest. Thankfully we did not pay in advance because we would be dealing with a refund. We reserved a double bed for one night too be closer for our family member's continued travels somewhere else. Not really sure if this is their regular preached of giving away people's reserved rooms but that was our fate with Economy Inn: Pittsburgh Airport. No further explanation but that there was no room. This really put us in a bind for someone that is not from that city nor state as well as it was evening time when we received this news. Please do better so this would not happen again to other families.

Kitchenette was great. Very clean.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The facility is rundown when we got to our room there was blood spackle on the wall and a puddle of blood dried up underneath the desk. Completely unacceptable got half refund.
-
Place was sketchy. Guy hanging outside. I got there an hour ahead of checkin and they wanted to charge me for early checkin. I decided to just leave and go to another hotel.

Rooms and property was clean. Staff was helpful. No coffee pots or dishes in the rooms even though there is a full size fridge and cooktop ICE machine was broken had to go to hotel next door for ice. Over all not a bad experience.

Clean convenient friendly staff The rewards program doesn't do much for next stays or any stays i don't like that

The room is very basic. The TV was the only thing I liked. The a/x was pretty good. The parking was great and easy to find a spot. The Location was great. The shower had no pressure, and there was almost no water. The check-in was confusing, got a call and waited around till someone showed up. The upcharge for what you get because of the NFL draft in town was wild. I would pay not even half what I paid.
