The room was clean and the location was very handy to the venue I was attending. I did not find anything to dislike.

- AC was left on so our room was cold when we checked in, which was a nice gesture. - parking spots are available and ours was just outside our unit luckily. Nothing major, just small nitpicks that didn't matter to us, but may not matter to you: - The mattress was very good but not firm, so if you are used to firm mattresses you won't like it. - The location is outside downtown obviously, so plan for a 20-30 min drive to get to the downtown area.

The jacuzzi tub So many regulations and rules to follow one would think you at the Ritz Carlton in NYC.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay for 2 nights. I would consider staying there again if in the area.

Dated but everything we needed in a room for the night. Comfortable beds and a hot shower go a long ways

no breakfast wifi not available

I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable. Part of what made it that way (besides the perfect mattress) was the soft, printed cotton sheets that felt like your favorite worn sheets at home - and not like stiff freshly-bleached hotel sheets. The blanket was a fuzzy one like what you would pick up yourself at a Walmart and not the incredibly thin scratchy ones at most hotels. There was a fridge, coffee maker, nice size tv, desk, table and arm chair. Also a bench/divider where you would sit. As I said, a basic room, but everything you could need. I slept better at this hotel than I’ve ever slept in a hotel. I know this seems like a crazy, over-the-top and maybe fake review because of that, but it isn’t. I was just so incredibly impressed by a little motel kind of not near anything super big and need to give them their due. Just a perfect overnight experience.

The room is just a basic room. They made coffee in the morning, but there was no coffee maker or any extras nor could I find the ice machine to get ice. They did have a refrigerator and they did have a nice TV. However I only stay there when there is no other choice just an average motel.

The hotel is dated, but we found it clean and very comfortable. The railroad tracks were nearby, but they didn't bother us. I usually have trouble sleeping in strange beds, but I slept very well.

The owner was very nice and easy check in. The room was clean and everything worked. Disappointed there was no outlet near the bathroom mirror. The room had a slight musty smell. Unfortunately it was way further than I expected from where I needed to be. Overall it is a great deal for the price

The cleanness of the hottub and room, staff was professional and polite. We weren't provided a wifi password for the stay and the bathroom was a little small

Close to where we were seeing a concert Everything was great

Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft.
-
Room was clean. Bathroom was one of the nicest, cleanest ones I have seen in any hotel/motel - no broken tiles, no bad caulk job, etc.
-
There is no breakfast there Having a microwave would have been nice
-
It was very clean

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and my stay for the night was quiet. I would use this place again while staying in the area.

Hot tub was good. Room was ok. Bathroom was small and very cold but had a heatlamp. King bed had only 2 pillows and no more were to be found. No excuse in a $200 room. Two people and two pillows doesnt cut it. Also, the owner demanded a $100 CASH deposit at checkin after he had my Platinum Amex. Ridiculous AND annoying. Guessing that he hopes some will forget to ask for their money back.

I didn't like the heating system. Room was nice and very clean. Good parking.
