Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis Airport by IHG

Poor management had half of the parking lot blocked off for painting on a Saturday night. Could not park at the hotel. I had to park away from the hotel. The contractor working on the parking lot harrassed us. And we reported to the manager who said we were just making things up. He had it on camera. I told him good he needed to look at his camera !! $423.00 for such relaxing accommodations (NOT) DONT STAY here!!! Upset me Will not stay here ever!!!

Cleam room, very quiet.

Clean, the breakfast was good, and staff was attentive and nice I was double charged, and refund hasn’t been received as of yet.

A very clean, comfortable, and safe hotel.

Superb

Great staff& a clean, comfortable room. The location was grea.

Clean and nice staff Breakfast was absolute junk. I’ve eaten better at a Speedway Gas Station. Terrible breakfast, so don’t count on that.

Thank you for the stay! Here for a wedding and enjoyed the area.

It was clean Only fast food spots nearby. No restaurant or bar inside hotel.

I didn't eat breakfast either day. The bed was a little worn down. I tried to give a AAA Triple A discount and they denied due to the fact they were full capacity. What does that have to do with a discount?

Breakfast was fine and different both days which I liked. $25 service charge when I first checked in.

Superb

I booked the wrong type of room and asked if we could change. Within 10 minutes, we were in the room I wanted (2 beds instead of 1).

The hotel was clean and staff were great

This hotel was incredible. The location was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly! We stayed 3 nights and had no problems with anything! May be back again next year and will stay again.
