avid hotel Plano North by IHG

The hotel is over quality than 2 stars. Even though everything is small but good location, good complimentary drinks, they even have a Tesla charger. I believe I will go back if possible.

Everything is perfect, so clean like new , it looks like the hotel just built but one thing I was disappointed is the toilet flush is too weak not enough water for it to flush.

There are no cups in the room. There isn't an ice bucket. There is no coffee or coffee makers. There isn't a microwave in the room. The parking is terrible. It is very difficult to pull up at the entrance. If it were raining you would have to un load in the rain.

Hotel was really great for lower star hotel. Room was always clean and staff was especially helpful. I would stay again.

I noticed that others complained about the noise in their reviews. We didn't have any issues at all with that. The room was on the smaller side, but ours had high ceilings (1st floor). Everything was clean and in order. I also saw others complain about the lack of a closet, but that was also fine. There was plenty of space to put our items, and we had 4 people staying in the room. Complimentary breakfast had some variety to it. The location offered convenient access to the highway, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a solid hotel for a reasonable price.

Rooms are clean, free parking lot and staffs are great.

Overall pleasant experience at what I wasn’t quite sure would be. Everything was clean, but the breakfast fruit wasn’t very fresh. I’d still go back!

Very kind and responsive receptionist helped us set up TV in our room.

This hotel had the right utility, at the right price. It fulfilled it’s purpose for me and a little more.

The hotel was clean and smelled amazing. The only issue I had was the toilet stopped working but they did get it back working quickly.

Great property. Clean, comfortable, new which is a plus. Great tv connectivity to stream from phone or login to Netflix. Negative would be the breakfast is highly lacking, very few choices, low quality.

Very comfortable bed. Well lit parking. Awesome staff. Laundry room. There is no air circulating in the laundry room. It's too hot in there.

Friendly Staff. Clean property and Rooms. The only part lacking was minimal options for breakfast.
