Location Texas taxes. I Extended another 28 day. I was under the impression that once I went over 31 days, I would start getting the tax exempt. But I paid $1,690. and I was told I after my stay.

We made booking in another room that was so bad . I dirt that all the furniture broken we refused to stay in that room. we didn't check in, but still, they charged one night. We reached the staff so many times to write email but no response... I booked their premium room, which was good and clean .I extended my stay 2 times in that room, but their policy they dont provide towels and tissue .

The quiet environment and how close it is to my job. One of the staff members and the vending Machine. It kept taking my money. Needs work.

They advertise remodeled rooms. The room they gave me was not. It was old, filthy and unsafe. The walls had not been cleaned or painted for years. There were giant dark smudges everywhere. The refrigerator door didn't close and cabinetry was rickety. The door to the room had a faulty lock. The bathroom was gross. When I complained to the woman at the desk, she called the police. The room had been reserved for eleven nights, based on the advertisement, but I stayed for three nights. Although I requested a refund from Expedia and Intown Suites, I have received nothing but silence.

Terrible check in policy. 3-6pm. Literally closed after that. Had to get another hotel. Lady on phone just kept saying we're closed and told me there was a hotel next door.
-
Absolutely nothing when I showed up, there was a gentleman upstairs sweeping the carpet in the room I was going to rent instead of vacuuming, which was absolutely disgusting All they show on the website is there a premier rooms not their ordinary rooms so when you book your room you think that’s what you’re getting in the picture but it’s nothing like that they don’t even show pictures of their basic rooms on their website

No privacy as building has outside catwalks, not hallways.
-
I didn¿t like anything about this hotel. The staff were excessively nasty and rude. I¿m surprised since this is a suburban area hotel. I expected better. The staff was unhelpful, racist, and rude. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Nothing!!! Everything!!! The staff was rude and nasty!

How clean and quiet it is. Nothing

location is good Too old facilities. Lots of worn out or defects in the room. Ref-ridge leaking , countertop cracks, bath faucet dripping all the day and night, alarm wrongly shouting in midnight and day time. No one cares.
