Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Frisco

A great option for the Plano area. Second time staying here in the last few months and will be on my list for future stays. Great staff and clean, cool and comfortable rooms.

Great room and an amazing location!

I say it every time I book and stay; the amenities are outstanding because of the ease and convenience they afford the guest. If I didn’t want to leave the hotel for an entire weekend, I wouldn’t have to because there are drinks (water, sodas, juice, alcoholic beverages), snacks, deserts, and microwaveable foods downstairs in the refreshments section! But if that’s not your jam, the area is surrounded with restaurants, carry out restaurants, fast food restaurants, and the works! The rooms and bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, the beds are comfortable, there’s a work desk, as well as a mini living room with comfortable couch for lounging and even a coffee table. You’ll never go wrong booking here! You will, however, regret it if you don’t! There’s no better, safer, more comfortable and convenient hotel I’d choose to patron than this property right here!

Our King room was clean and large. It was perfect for an overnight while visiting family.

The customer service was amazing! I don’t recall her name but, the front desk lady who checked us in (Friday 7/24 around 1p was so accommodating and kind). I was traveling alone with my daughter and being able to check in early was HUGE. Very well spoken and top notch customer service. N/a

The facility is very clean and conveniently located. We were very disappointed in the pool because it was too cold to swim in and the front desk staff was not welcoming at all. The man at the front desk did not even want to greet me

Staff was Great, Room was very clean and comfortable, quiet, air was good and cold will stay there again that will be my third time staying. Plenty of Free parking, and lightning in parking lot. Thanks for your services

Staff were great

Very clean hotel! Super nice inside, even though the outside may not seem so aesthetically pleasing. Almost looks like the entire inside is brand new. The room was nice and cool and stayed that way. There were minimal options for breakfast, so we went out to eat instead.

Nothing bad . They just didn't have the waffle maker out for breakfast! Lol

Great hotel! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

I was coming into town to see family and my plane got rerouted and I got into town at 5 AM at 7 AM. I was able to get a room. The front desk associate was very kind. He took care of me. I will definitely be back and stay here!!
