Residence Inn By Marriott Dallas Plano/Legacy

It was clean and close to my work The bathroom door wouldn’t close but we understood the hotel was still under going renovations

Everything was perfect and everything was in traveling distances.

However, the housekeeping was disappointing. I found hair on both the shampoo and conditioner bottles, which made me question how thoroughly the bathroom had been cleaned. Another issue was the lighting. There was no ceiling light in the outer area, so it relied entirely on a small wall-mounted light, which was far too dim. The design was great, but the lack of adequate lighting made the space less practical than it could have been.

It was close to my doctor’s office Everything, I had an early procedure and asked them if they can accommodate breakfast and me have it early but the rude staff did not even try to see if they can accommodate my request being a client there all they said was “kitchen does not open until 7am” very rude especially when I asked if I could atleast have water and a teabag with a slice of toast they still said “kitchen doesn’t open till 7” I would not recommend this place and will never go back

Exceptional

Microwave not working. They only have one staff during the time I was calling regarding the microwave situation. Breakfast: No coffee, tea or even hot water available. Food was 6/10 Rooms: spacious

Breakfast Buffet (very important for me) was fantastic! Everything i could possibly wish for, plus a few i hadn't even thought of! I only wish I could have stayed more days to have tried everything!

I felt the room was not clean as they stated, fridge was not clean.

Location and price. Every thing was perfect

Clean room, staff was wonderful.

Exceptional

Unfortunately, there was very little I enjoyed about the property because the cleanliness issues affected our entire stay. We were given a room that did not appear to have been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. We found trash and debris under furniture, an empty used container left inside a drawer, food and debris on the carpet, dirty and stained surfaces, and residue and marks throughout the room. The cabinets, furniture, kitchen area, and other areas were visibly dirty. I took several photos because the condition of the room was unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott property.
