Ramada by Wyndham Platte City KCI Airport

We liked the cleanliness of the room. However, the hotel standards of those chain have lowered. No closet--clothes hang on pegs on the wall; loud refrigerator that needed to be defrosted. No drinking glasses or cups anymore; soap so small one can hardly use it for bathing, and outmoded USB receptacles--so many of us now need USB-C. Not a great stay--but we were OK.

It’s ok for a night. Room was fairly clean. Hotel is pretty dated, but they were keeping it clean as possible. Night front desk lady was very friendly. Pool is good and was open late. Breakfast is not so good.

This place was so clean and quiet...some kids did come so water was on the floor from the pool but so what ..I can't wait to stay again.my room was big and the hottub in my room.spectactular

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist when we checked in, I believe her name was Kyla was very friendly. The electricity went off halfway through our check-in and she handled it very professionally went ahead and let us in our room and brought us keys when the electricity came back on about three hours later the breakfast was a little light but we got there toward the end of the breakfast time so possibly it had more choices earlier. We would definitely stay there again when in this area.

My partner and I booked the suite with the in-room jacuzzi. The room was very clean and big! There was a seperate family room and a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was super simple and fast! I would definitely book again if traveling to the area!

Was in and out. We slept in a clean bed and the shower was clean.

Staff were kind and helpful. The accessible room has a divider caulked by the shower. The water evaded the rest of the room which was pretty frustrating as a disabled person as I could have fallen, otherwise it was nice and well kept.

The place was amazing overall, the only thing that was disappointing was the pool was semi warm and the hot tub wasn’t even hot. Other than that, everything was amazing, the breakfast was great and the beds where extremely comfortable. Staff where super nice and helpful. Definitely plan to add to the list of places to stay when My fiancée and I come to KC again.

This facility was convenient and met all of my needs. Being able to get a shuttle from the airport without the required 24-hr advanced reservation would have been nice. The shuttle was listed on the Expedia site, but the 24-hr advance reservation was NOT listed, but should be.

Good hotel that is close to restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was run down and our room had some areas that needed deep cleaning. I’m not sure how they got over looked but they did. In general, it’s not the nicest place you will stay but the are felt safe and the beds were decent.

The pool room with an actual Hot Tub is the highlight. We paid for a “ suite “ which was hysterically not that. Our room was an awkwardly oversized ALL OPEN RECTANGLE. Beds on one end small t.v. on the other end with dance floor space in between and small old couch against outside wall. The whole room was vinyl flooring. Making it feel more awkward and bare. The bathroom went almost the full length of room so very very long with tub shower on end of room and as typical didn’t drain properly. Had double sink countertop. Yes, just countertop no vanity/cabinets. And the toilet paper was mounted so far from the toilet you had to get off of toilet to reach it 😂

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a fun time in the pool.
