Th I s property needs complete renovation. Is in scary poor condition. Staff was almost never available or at the desk. I would remove this hotel from Expedia files. Pictures on web site misleading.

STAY AWAY!!! The furnishings are out dated, broke, and not in good shape. WiFi doesn't work properly. shower/tub was filthy and aged with severe chipping. Toilet seat was broken. But....here's the worst of it all, the entire unit's floor was GRWASY! The main are and especially the bathroom area was SLICK! I fell in the bathroom at 3am. Informed the front desk in the morning, no contact by the hotel management nor ownership staff. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This was probably the worst hotel I've been in in quite some time… And maybe ever! Our room had been partially cleaned, although there was still a beer and a rotten banana in the kitchen area. One of the pillows was stained yellow… I can't even imagine laying down on it. We ended up checking out within an hour of arriving. We had a nonrefundable rate and we still walked away. We could not sleep there.

The worst hotel ever. Bathroom door would not close, mold on carpet, tv service didn't work, nor blow drier. Had to clean the bathroom myself due to urine all over toilet seat.

There was bugs, drywall exposed and peeling, ripped curtains, cracked tub that was backed up and had peeling paint inside the tub and shower, no remote and no luck ever finding staff to get one. To top it off they took our $100 deposit and charged us an additional $24.95. when we called we were hung up on multiple times And they refused into give us reason . Massive flooding thru hallways when it rained as well, not to mention all exterior doors were unsecured. Asked for house keeping on the 3rd day and we were handed a broom and mop to do it ourselves. Hoping they will call us back to get this resolved asap as they seemed like a nice family trying but the scam and charges are unacceptable.

Everything, bed bugs, trashy, poor customer service, lied on your website. Look at the reviews.

No direct tv and bathroom door would not close due to tile being too high. AC works and bed was comfy but there was dust- after cleanings and the doors don’t work. Had to update my card to get in every time. Good people but no breaks for any of the items down and no breakfast, don’t even ask, they just laugh.

First room the door physically would not lock. I was given an equivalent room. Room felt dirty, not like it wasn't cleaned, but like it hasn't been used in quite some time. I used one of t-shirts for a pillow case.

Pleasantly surprised it had a 2 burner stovetop, set up was nice!

I didn't like much no smoking was nice My room wouldn't pick up wifi and they could care less so the free wifi was bs

How to get to the room? We had to walk through a hallway that seemed to be a previously smoke smoking area. It wreaked of 20-year-old cigarette smoke. The room was poorly lit and one of the lamps didn't have the proper handles to be turned on. Once illuminated via another lamp, the floor was dirty. The furniture was damaged and finally the toilet was still soiled and unclean. We had asked for another room on upon our first entrance, but upon seeing the toilet we left the hotel. Maybe this was a one-off, but the staff did say they were having problems with employees.

The only positive thing I can say about the room is how cold the ac is. There was a big gap under the door to the hall that I had to stuff with towels. Hair on the lamp, toe nails, something stuck to the floor under the table. I booked a king room and was told they were all dirty so I was put in a queen room. Hit with a deposit when I arrived which normally would be fine if it was disclosed prior. Also the pool was advertised but that has been down for months same with the elevator. If you decide to stay bring your own blanket. The blankets are very very thin.

Did not even get out of my car. Absolute bait&switch. Photos on website are clearly edited/photoshopped to comical level, actual establishment presentation is that of a third-world country… a crack-den. Did not feel safe staying at this establishment.

The kitchenet There were hairs on the sheets. No shower curtain. They charged me twice. Online and then at the property because the front desk did not know how to check for internet providers payments and would not process the check in until a payment was made.

There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst experience ever.

This place was scary, to say the least. There were empty beer cans and boxes in our room when we arrived and it was very dirty and everything was outdated. Mold under the sink, & the bathtub was chipping paint!! The door to the room was splintered too
