Conveniently located hotel at a great price with great amenities. Room has a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster. Many restaurants less than a five minute drive away. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The people who worked there were amazing & made me feel at home. As I was there quite a while. You have a great staff but the account manager was very bad at explaining the bill & tried to make you feel like you were stupid when u asked questions. Not a great account. Pretty

I love the little kitchen set up:) staff was nice, the breakfast was yummy , the hot tub was huge . The pool was cold but that’s ok . Coming from NYC it was a pleasure . Only thing the waffles need some powdered sugar. Other than that it was a pleasure . I don’t have a dishwasher but I did use the dishwasher here 🤪❤️❤️❤️🥂 oh and the washing machines smelled a bit damp . Other than that a pleasure keep up the amazing work 🙌

The location was very convenient, just off the junction of two highways, and right next door to Costco. Area seemed safe. Front desk wasn’t very communicative at all. Staff at breakfast were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good.

I needed a room for a business trip for a few days and the one that I booked at this hotel was more than adequate. Staff was friendly the overall the appearance of the hotel was clean and everything was centrally located.

This was our 2nd stay here in four months and it was just as great as the 1st visit. The hotel still looks and feels new: our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet location, close to Costco, In n Out, shopping and historic downtown Pleasanton. Staff members were all very friendly.

It could be better if the breakfast items were slightly more. Maybe there are not many guests’ staying which forces the hotel to do the cost control.

I arrived at the hotel lobby at around 3:00 PM. The staff asked me to wait for approximately one hour before giving us the room keys and repeatedly told us that the room was still being cleaned. When I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong, unusual smell. I stayed in the room for approximately ten minutes before leaving because I was uncomfortable with the smell. I then went back to the front desk and requested to change to another room. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly asked me to lower my voice even though I was speaking to her in a normal and respectful manner. She accompanied me to the room and said that she could not smell anything. She then refused to change my room and continued to respond to me with a negative and unprofessional attitude. I was disappointed with the way my concern was handled. As a hotel guest, I expected the staff to take my concern seriously and provide reasonable assistance, especially given that the room had an unusual smell shortly after it had supposedly been cleaned. I hope management will review this situation and address both the room condition and the customer service issue. I paid for the room and didn't stay. I have to book another hotel the same day. The hotel should send me the refund.
