It was so awful i decided to stay somewhere else and lose my $150.00 charge.

We stayed Fourth of July weekend and our family of four had a wonderful stay. Convenient location within walking distance to the waterfront. Outdoor pool was well maintained. Staff was very responsive unfortunately my toddler got sick and threw up all over the rug. Somebody was there within 30 minutes to deep clean the rug and dry it.

We love staying here. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffett has something for everyone. The kids have fun at the pool too

Beds were comfortable, the rooms could've used a little more sound-proofing. We loved the location away from the street and up the hill. We would've had their breakfast but they started at 7 and we were going to the cape, so needed to miss the bridge traffic. later breakfast hours.

Great hotel with excellent staff who were most willing to help when asked. Our bedroom needed to be aired better as there was a stale air odour in the room.

The room was dated. Could use updating furniture and carpeting.

Very nice breakfast. Having laundry facilities was very nice. But perhaps you need to post operating times. My clothes got locked in the laundry room overnight! Just not posting operation time of laundry facilities.

Clean, quiet room. The layout was welcoming. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom and interior was a little dated but clean and cool. Parking is plentiful. Breakfast was limited but was good and the hospitality made up for any shortcomings. Great for a few days as the rooms and area was spacious.

The room was immaculate, the front desk man helped me so much with finding the room. Even the jet tub was sparkling clean. I stay here periodically, and keep coming back because im never worried about the cleanliness.

The staff member who checked us in was super friendly and helpful despite it being a late check in. Breakfast was fine.

Room was spacious and very clean. I would not say that the beds were comfortable. The mattress was very noisy with every movement.
